      What Mr. Saurabh told about is true and a very common problem here in M.P. My father is a Principal in a high school from 6-10 and he tells us that almost all the students in the government schools are from the SC, ST and OBC communities. The teachers aren't sincere enough to take their classes. They just come to school, sit around and go back to their homes. Children are only getting educated in registers. This is why when they appear for their 10th boards many of them fail. The issue is not even of the quality because quantity comes first. There aren't enough teachers in the government schools.

    Kudos to the teacher for caring so much for the students.
    During my schooling my subject teacher for Social Studies on the topic of caste and varna system just closed the book and asked all of the students "Will you let your house maids sit on your sofa or drink from the same cup?". The ignorance of casteism among many Oppressor Caste is appalling, though that event is scarred in my mind, my so called "Upper caste" don't even remember anything like that happened and why would they.

      Sir I understand your anxiety. I have been working as a local NGO volunteer for past some years in govt. hostels. I only get to spent few hours with the kids and you spending so long, day by day, seeing no change, I can't even imagine how grueling it must be. I have spent extra hours on kids in 8th standard that can't do basic addition or differentiate between b or d with no results. The funny thing is those kids will be giving 10th boards next year. The harsh truth is that they have no future. But then there are kids that I can bet on without thinking twice, kids that understand the importance of academics and try there best. I have hope not for all but for some and that is enough for now.

      @saurabhsingh9109 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@vaishalisati9603 , that's true, I have also hope for some students but most of them have no future tht is sad and disappointing but at the same time true that is why I am so worried. Thanks for acknowledging.😊

      @@vaishalisati9603I know how important academic knowledge is, but I don't think we should lose hope for students who are weak in study. I know many people who can't read and write but still are good in solving real life problems. I am not a teacher so I don't know how hard it would be to teach them solving real life problems.

    The fact that we are talking about Dark Matter is itself an indicator that we have detected it first(although as a anomaly in gravity) then named it dark matter.
    Why was it even such difficult for the caller to understand...
    Probably he got confused in the difference between "detecting" something and "understanding" something completely (what is it made up of)

    Hi Aakash, getting cancer is not random by definition. We call it random because we don't know all the variables involved and for us, it looks random. Same thing with the weather, it's hard to simulate because there are so many variables involved for us to simulate beyond a point. And observation (e.g., for dark matter) need not be what we directly detect, but it can be why evidence of some phenomenon. If tomorrow we see some other thing that explains this phenomenon (if we didn't have all the evidence we have now about dark matter), we would've invalidated dark matter. When we name things, we name it according to correct understanding, even though we named it dark matter doesn't mean we will never get some kind of observation which is more direct in future too. We call something evidence only if there's only one cause that can explain the effect and for universe it is not evidence for why such thing as of now, people are trying to design models that can explain

    • @vaibhavgarg1982
      @vaibhavgarg1982 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We call it random, which is a misuse of the term. It is actually chaotic, which is something that is sensitive to initial conditions for a plurality of variables.

    • @vaibhavgarg1982
      @vaibhavgarg1982 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There is a lot of observational data for dark matter 57:00

    • @PK_1024
      @PK_1024 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@vaibhavgarg1982 yes, you're absolutely right. I'm guessing as we get more accurate momentum, we will be able to accurately describe the motion for longer. Yes, I realise about the evidence about dark matter, I was saying if in case we found alternate explanation. I recently read a study all over news about alternate model where dark matter is not necessary, but later found the author frequently published studies that are not properly peer reviewed and things like tired light theory that almost doubles the age of universe. But evidence for those things is even lesser. So as of now we can safely ignore those I'm assuming.

    Quantum physics seems unreal to us because we don't know how it works What's the reason , just like people in ancient times didn't know about how rain falls from the sky thats why they made it God because it was supernatural like for them,
    And people in future would know how the Quantum physics work, and even if we make it a god they will have reason and they'll reject our hypothesis about God. It wont be surprising for them like how it is for us today.
