    I journal daily. ALWAYS nightly wins/gratitudes....congratulate my body for a good workout/run. Cleaned. Laundry. Positive/loving interactions. I feel your addiction to SATC. Probably seen EVERY episode at least twice. I have 20 years on you. Watched it religiously on HBO. No more television. High vibe podcasts instead 👍

    Hi Natalie, great info , I use a daily, weekly, yearly calendar. I have been using one for the past 10 plus years, and it keeps me sane to remember all the things I need to do and to remind me to do them. Also saw you a few weeks ago in Arizona at the Business Summit when you were on stage presenting, great job keep it up your killing it.

    The best way for note taking is pen on paper. I use the 10X notebooks for my planning.

    Dear Nathalie, I absolutely loved this, and am going to share it! I admire the work you are doing and your videos inspire me. I want to help you, because your message to CEOs about their teams being lazy, not motivated etc...for their Incentive-less paychecks strikes a chord. This 30 Minute Miracle is going to become mine...along with writing my goals, I can achieve it.     cool insight, I think the top for anyone that moves needles and haystacks: was the evernote w/your template : basically ranking and scoring points/appts/ things doing throughout the day, because your right, most weeks are typically the same, and it would be great to reflect back and see where the 1 and 2s, and 3s fall constantly, even if it's just having a not so great day, and seeing about changing out that day, by doing something before the day to trigger different effect, anyways - good stuff
