This place is right near us. We used to love it so much. It was a gift shop and had a dungeon in the basement. We only ever knew it as a castle and all I wanted was to live there one day. We rented it out one year as a venue for a Halloween party and it was an amazing space for it. The wee park display in the back was relatively new and didn't exist when I was small but I did manage to take one of my kids to see it. It's too bad that the owners couldn't make a go of it but when you miss the mark, you miss the mark. It's an incredibly cool space and I still love to own it and revive it again.
This is a place where kids and grown-ups would enjoy seeing all the disney characters. I absolutely loved this video. Thank you Jamie I definitely love all your videos explorer💕💕👏🏼
This actually use to be a knick knack store and there was a dungeon downstairs the "amusement" park was built when original owner sold it in 2016!!! I've been in the castle 100s of times!!!
Definitely an epic explore. This park is adorable. Cute! Real fantastic attention to detail here. Sad that it closed. I'm hoping it will open again. Can't wait to see part2.
Hi there Jamie I just wanted to say what a great video. Thanks for sharing your exp aventurine. Can't wait for part 2. Thanks again. Take care of yourself and your wife.
This is awesome! Can't believe all the small details that was put into this place. So fun and magical to even explore. Woohoo! Can't wait for part two!
This may not work has an Adult Type Amusement park, but the kids would love it... I think a camp ground would be perfect for this place... Give the kids a day out to explore. Of course, I would reside in the castle( with or without a king.. Lol..) Awesome explore, Jamie!!
That was great. I believe those where Dragons not Dinosaurs. It reminds me when living in Western New York. Two theme parks growing up I went to see. One was on or near White Face Mountain. That was Santa Claus Village and the other one was called Fantasy Island.
This place is so cool! There’s an abandoned Wizard of Oz park here in North Carolina. I think I heard they open it for a couple weeks every year but otherwise it sits empty. That would be an amazing idea for this place
Oh wow this is so neat I hope you Zey n Opie are doing well.I wanted to share with you guys I'm finally moving this year to a better area.Safer area less crime too Neighbors around the corner let there older puppy, young dog he looks like lose instead of finding him a home So if I can catch the dog I'm keeping him.Whatcha think about that guys? Thanks for letting me share
I remember going to this place in the 70's as a kid, it was just a gift shop back then and the had a "haunted house" in the basement if memory serves correctly....
Someone was very creative to think up all these great structures. So sad it failed cause I would even love to go there. So many nice details everywhere you look!! You'd probably have a hard time getting kids to leave. It's way past 'epic' in my estimation.
My mom took me and my daufhter there last time i virst i was so cool awesome and fun took pitures happy took pitures now its closed we go therw when were were kids to have puctures to bad its closed awesomw place

They should demolish the entire fair to build an ecological park with many green spaces and lakes to encourage ecological conservation.

*edit* really don't think abandoned is the correct state of affairs though...I just think they haven't been around in a bit
Enchanting! Absolutely loved this

That was enjoyable, definitely something different!
Thank you!
Granny Wolf has seen better days !!!
We used to go there every year as kids growing up in the 70's with my parents. So sad to see it this way.
Apparently when the new owners took over they did some work then it just stopped and went to crap. Looks like it will be redeveloped in the future.
This place looks very cool! Thanks for sharing!
My pleasure! It was a fun explore! Part two coming!
Such an epic and amazing place🤗
Thanks so much

Yes it would not hold older kids attention for long. Toddlers would be the best audience.

This is an amazing place. If I could I would totally fix it up and live there too.
It really is an interesting property and place!
Love this!
That was great. I believe those where Dragons not Dinosaurs. It reminds me when living in Western New York. Two theme parks growing up I went to see. One was on or near White Face Mountain. That was Santa Claus Village and the other one was called Fantasy Island.
This is wild!!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! Just wait till you see part two!
PS the dog is a husky mix.Kinda reminds me of Opie when he was a pup even though I know he's all husky ❤️
Gargoyles are my favorite
This is so cool!! I wonder how it is now
I know there is plans to change the use of land. Right now it's under a lot of snow!
I've been there so many years ago wow did know it was closed
What was this place called?
Someone was very creative to think up all these great structures. So sad it failed cause I would even love to go there. So many nice details everywhere you look!! You'd probably have a hard time getting kids to leave. It's way past 'epic' in my estimation.
It did have a good run of about 45 before it started to go downhill.
I’m actually crying rn I didn’t know the owners abandoned it 😢😢
My mom took me and my daufhter there last time i virst i was so cool awesome and fun took pitures happy took pitures now its closed we go therw when were were kids to have puctures to bad its closed awesomw place
I wonder what the full history of this place is. Like when and why it was ever built.
It was built about 50 years ago. Original owners sold it and then it seemed to start going down hill before finally closing
Should have slid down the slides! 😉 that would have been fun! 😀
Hahahaha
@RiddimRyder you know you wanted too and you know it would be fun! Have you seen you crazy things before. 😜
Dang, Disney really let themselves go lol (before anyone goes on, I know it's not a Disney park, this is just a joke.)
Hahahqgq
Nice
Thanks so much!
Something unusual that you coming on Sunday Night.
Yes ..but here I am!
❤
Thank you!!!
Pretty sure those wire forms were dragons. Dinosaurs don’t belong in the Renaissance period.
I agree but they sure looked like dinosaurs!
Erbex Opie around in the video
We couldn't bring him here as there are neighbours close by
It's for sale as I'm watching this.
It's now sold
seriously Midland is a small town that's why it slows down I bet
Yep, plandemic 👍🏻
