  • *** Update 2019 ** This trail looks slightly different since first posting this as they have now added some easier access stairs and footings. The majority of the trail is very similar to this video though.
    Here is a Hike I did with my 3 boys aged 9, 12 and 14. Just wanted to show that this is a hike that anyone in reasonable shape can do at any age. A great 4 hour outing with kids. Roughly 700 meters of elevation gain overlooking the Town of #Canmore. Awesome views. 7800' high and connects to Miner's Peak and Mt. Lawrence Grassi. #thenorthface

    I did Lady Mac to the heli pad in June. Thinking of doing this in August. Struggled the way down with sore knees on Lady Mac though.

    I love your videos! Inspiring. I'm not that experienced a
    hiker but want to try this one maybe this weekend with my son. Would you expect a fair
    amount of people on this trail in September? I feel a lot safer that way :)

    • @HarlanFox--Scrambles
      @HarlanFox--Scrambles  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There should be lots of people on there especially on a weekend with nice weather forecasted. Enjoy!

    I love your content, but for those watching on big screens, taker easy with the selfie stick twirls. You seem like an awesome Dad!

      @HarlanFox--Scrambles  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ha! Yes twirls aren't as frequent any longer. They likely give the viewers vertigo..Cheers Chad!

      Excellent videos, and truly eye-opening for those of us who mostly know the parks from the road and the hotel balcony. I’ve watched a whole bunch from your channel.

    Which would you reckon to be more difficult? Ha Ling hike or East end of rundle hike?

    • @HarlanFox--Scrambles
      @HarlanFox--Scrambles  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well they are fairly similar in distance/elevation. Personally I like EAST end of Rundle although it can have a little bit more difficulty to it because of some minor Scrambling up to the summit. It's not too bad though.
      Ha Ling is likely easier especially with the trail modifications made last year.

      @@HarlanFox--Scrambles Hey, thanks for the comment, I'm hoping to travel to Banff this summer and tackle one of these trails. I'll be sure to check out East end of rundle, thanks again!
