Had she had A, paid for it she would have known which seats were booked and B, taken any kind of interest in booking the destination she would have known where they were going. She felt entitled to the best with 0 effort, with 0 effort you get what you're given, she should dump him I agree and be a problem for someone else.
Been married 3+ decades and wouldn't have a problem with my much taller husband having a seat in 1st class while I would be seated in the back, BUT we would have discussed it and agreed on it before hand. (And he would feel guilty about it for the whole trip.) You have to communicate.

For sure! I travel with my husband on his business trips sometimes. His company pays for him to fly Business Class, but we can only afford Economy for me. I wouldn't DREAM of having him not take the free upgrade! And we do switch sometimes on long-haul flights. As you said, communication is key!

My friend and I were really really drunk and just walking around outside. She asked some random guy to rate her and he did, then she was all happy and asked him to rate me and his response was 'there is no number' and my first response was to laugh and say 'there is nothing less than zero, I know' and he got offended and said he meant the other way. It was so awkward LOL He did however buy me a Pepsi and tell me to be nicer to myself, so yeah. LOL He was a nice guy.
Did your friend get mad about it? I Used to be best friends with a girl that would get mad if the attention if a guy wasn't on her. I liked this one guy for a while and she knew and she started to talk to him and trying to get him to hang out with her even though he didn't want to; she got all mad at me because of it but it's like it's not my fault the guy wanted to talk to me and liked me also

That is how I went to HI. Was promised we could go after I conceded and we went to vegas at a time it would have been cheap to go to HI (we lived in Ca at the time so flights would have been cheaper). I waited 8 yrs and realized it was never going to happen so I went myself. He accused me of cheating on him b/c I didn't take him with. He had his chance, and I knew even if I asked him to come he wouldn't go. Not wasting more years waiting.
Another 6 yrs later and We are now separated.................lolol. I'd love to go back to Europe (went for a school trip in high school) but I don't think I could afford it anymore.

Rating someone is based on their rater's personal preference. It's their opinion there isn't a universal rating system that everyone is following so why even argue over it? She rated him, he rated her. If you can't take it then don't dish it out.

My best friend is MTF trans. You would not be able to tell as she's extremely passing. Her car broke down in a parking lot one night. I went to Hawaii with a boyfriend in the 80's. He made more money than I did and we each brought our own tickets. He rode first class and I rode in the back of the plane. For every meal, he paid for his and I paid for mine so he was eating mahi-mahi and I was eating whatever was cheapest on the menu. I'm surprised he even let me share the room! 😅😅 Needless to say I broke up with him when we got home and then he asked me to marry him and I said are you kidding me? You won't even feed me! It worked out great though because he got really really ugly in his old age😅

About the woman rating that guy; beautiful women are like NOT allowed to say anything other than something nice. I can't even begin to list the times I've had a guy call me a stuck up b*tch after turning him down with a "no thank you".

Your only hope is to do something to get them to not want you (fart, burp, pick your nose, say/do annoying things, talk way too much about something he finds boring/annoying, act so "dumb" that you don't realize he is hitting on you, answer things too literally, etc) there are many options to pick from...but to actually turn them down is getting more and more dangerous. Soon people will only date those they are already friends with because it has become to scary otherwise.

I absolutely hate when people rate others by some arbitrary number from 1-10. Someone could be a 10 to one person but a 6 to another, depending on what they consider attractive. Men especially seem to do this to women, which is another symptom of a society that still views women as objects. It's not fun when anyone is objectified, men included.

Gym one, pretty clear she jumped because she didn't realize he approached. She had headphones on and was lost in her own world and didn't spot him in her periphery. I know your pain! I love my chickens and wish they could be free range, but the predators here on this mountain are terrifying. I had to build them an all steel sheet metal bolted to iron frame pen, with heavy-duty wire grid across the front so they can get some sunlight. I used to have them in a large pen built from a greenhouse frame with steel siding and chicken wire. The bobcats tore right through the chicken wire!
I don't even go outside after dark now, and if I do I carry a rifle and a very loud bullhorn. I've lost a lot of my goats (at least 14) in the last 5 years because the mountain lion population has exploded thanks to them being very protected here. I agree with not killing them, what I hate is that when a lion attacks a kid or someone's little dog in Malibu or other places where rich folks live, Cal. Fish and Game set up big live traps with a dead deer inside to lure them. Then they transport those big angry kitties to another location. I think our mountain is that other location!
When my animals are attacked and killed, I've called Fish & Game only to be told there's nothing they can do to help. One officer even told me it's illegal for me to put solar security lights and sirens around my goat pen, and that I could be arrested for "harassing wildlife". Hey, I'm not going to their home, they're coming here! Last month one chased me back into my house, then later pulled the heavy cement-board cover away from the crawlspace under my bedroom to get under my house! I held my bullhorn against the floor vents that go to the metal heating duct work under the house and turned the very loud siren on. It left immediately, but I got no sleep that night.
I won't shoot them, but I fire my gun to scare them. My gun is a .22 rifle so it could kill a squirrel but not a mountain lion. I would only wound it, and it could die in agony later from infection. I love my goats, but I'm not going to be an a-hole!
There are large areas of wilderness that could be fenced off as animal sanctuary, but there's no tax dollars for that. What ends up happening is the redneck jerks who love to kill end up tracking the mountain lions and killing them in their dens during the day so they can brag about it. One of my neighbors is a retired cop, he tracked a mother puma to her den and killed her and her two cubs. What a jerk! I know longer tell neighbors when we have a mountain lion attack.

Being new ( and sad and In need of distraction) this last week I have binged so many videos and am getting ones from 2 years ago. Just want to say that they are just as good. Truly. You are you. And you stayed true. I love that. You are like a 50/50 mix of me and my high s hook best friend. We are now in our early 40s but still joke and talk the same. Haha omg that plane video reminded me of our flights from Egypt back to London. My cousin went ahead and bought a first class ticket for himself and his friend and his wife and I were left hanging in regular seating. Little did he know that “1st class” literally was just seats at the front of the plane (2 rows ahead of us) and a little flimsy curtain separating us. We laughed out loud to him and shamed him in front of everyone, good times…

I saw a reddit story (love that TH-camr genre) where a husband bought first class tickets for his friend and him but only used free points to get his wife a standard ticket, and got pissed when she refused to even fly with that. It was a regular thing he did with the friend and he never took her out the same.
Saw another where the husband (seems to be a male power move) got first class tickets for his wife and child, but then only standard for the *under aged* step children. Again, wife told him to go screw himself and left, he tried becoming physically abusive to make her stay, and even chased her to home being verbally abusive screaming at her.
She divorced him, obvs. Because screw that noise.
He'll get off first, right? If I could afford it, I'd (1) deliberately be last off the plane. If it makes you late for other things, who cares? (2) if you can afford it & are international, DON'T go through customs, book a ticket at the help desk somewhere else (or another island/city in the same country & have a solo vacation. (3) Domestic flight, see if you can get a connection to the next city the plane goes to (assuming you can pay). Hopefully your luggage won't go missing. Or turn around & go home for peace & undemanding quiet without him. Blocking him for the vacation period? Or once you're on vacation with him, hit the hotel spa (that he's paying for) every day for a couple of hours. That should (a) leave him abandoned for a few hours at least or (b) make him do activities alone (or be late for joint ones?). Book solo things he hates & prioritise them. Refuse to do anything domestic especially if you're in an AirBNB or a non- hotel/motel. Don't organise his excursions. Etc. Basically if you travel solo, your vacation can be spent solo. Just don't cheat in front of him....that's tacky.
That last one... I try not to judge people for messy homes because I know it's usually a sign of mental health issues. (I have this issue too.) BUT. I know damn well I wouldn't be inviting anybody over, especially for a hookup, if I know my place is nasty enough to be infested with ROACHES. There's more than just typical mental health issues going on here... that's some potential psychopathic behavior right there! 😅😬
One time I had a hook up and it looked like a scene out of TLC Hoarders. I was too freaked internally to even leave even after he opened up about his mental illnesses. Even though it was around 4-5 months ago to this day (6/18/2023) I still really want to be a Good Samaritan and offer to clean, but how to go about it when it’s more of a one and done situation? My husband & I flew to Singapore once. It was around 13 hours straight flight. I’ve upgraded myself to economy premium with extra 40% space. He had the money, but decided not to upgrade. Oh god, I startle so easily, that would 100% be me at the gym. I used to work for a really big record store, Banana’s Records, and they have this like huge warehouse attached to the main store in the back and whenever I was in the warehouse stocking/organizing, if anyone walked by I’d seriously jump like 5 feet. No, actually we have laws in Germany which prohibit you to take pictures of other people even by accident. It is especially prohibited to publish them (e.g. on the internet). If you do, you need to censor their faces... Most Germans consider the constant public instagraming as extremely annoying and rude.
And we can’t forget that this is Berlin we’re talking about, they are known to be quite rude.
That's a relief to hear that there are some laws around that. Toronto is unfortunately full of these influencers and they act like the world revolves around them. However, I find it interesting that in Germany people don't like public pictures taken of them when they are prone to staring at others so much in public lol.
It’s wild to me that people would think the right to take pictures >>> the right to privacy. Rude or not, he (and German law) was right, he should be able to use public facilities without being filmed.

That's one of my favorite videos I've seen on this channel! I live waaaay out in the boonies and have chickens and goats, so I can finally relate to something here.
I love the funny videos Charlotte brings to us and how she makes me laugh with her hilarious commentary, but most of the time it's not about scenarios I relate to, since I haven't dated during this century, haven't been to a nightclub since the 1980s, and go weeks without seeing another human. Every day, I have to look up some slang terms because I'm so behind on current things (but I'm trying to keep up!)
Chickens are delightful. Silly birds but lovely pets when raised from chicks. Goats are even more adorable, especially babies. For me, these animals are my family, along with my 3 cats, snarky parrot who talks and makes fun of me, and my sweet, fluffy, 12 year-old border collie who is smarter than some people I know.
