They look delicious. I am wondering if I could vaccume seal and freeze several, then cook from frozen in my air fryer. I'll let you know if I try this. Some fresh in the summer and some from frozen in the winter.
I've never done that yet, so I'm not sure how it's going to turn out. I'm guessing that you have a lot of tomatoes from your garden in summer that you want to preserve. In that case you can try, sorry I can not be more helpful.
