Unlike Northidgefix, he always replace some connectors and calls troubleshooting. He never share videos with real troubleshooting.
@@ravindradaundkar9905 They do things differently, but both are good, informative and educational. Sorin is just more verbose with his diagnosing and troubleshooting process
northridgefix is also very good technician i believe but he seem to put money first above all. Which is probably why most of his videos these days, u can see the issue right away.@@ravindradaundkar9905
@@Bruuhhhhhh I say northridgefix is arrogant and only uses the platform to promote his online store. I left an honest question that he couldn't answer because it proved he did a mistake and he just deleted my comment. Also rude... At least Sorin is honest and I appreciate him for that. The most important thing is a man's character!
@@Sergiu_K Agree with you, Northridgefix do not really do troubleshoting, he just replaces broken connectors and ripped pads and is proud on his efficiency because only does straightforward jobs while at the same time promoting his overpriced online store. Sorin is different and so is Northwest Repair. There are a few others but Sorin and Tony are my favorites.

These HP Envy notebooks have problems with BIOS. I was dealing with no sound and no touchpad (there was an error with chipset or something similar in Device manager) with a brand new piece with Core i5 12th gen. Found out that restoring bios defaults solved the problem. Then there was another Envy with Ryzen with one speaker not working. Resetting (like you did) bios also solved the problem.

I have also the same problem with my hp pavilion x360 sir, after I fix the short circuit from a shorted capacitor, then the laptop power on works normal, but after I assembled in won't power on only orange light.

I have the same problem but for toshiba old laptop; 2 white light and 2 amber light, they all blink equally (no long light or shorter light) I did try replacing all the ram nothing, I tried repasting the cpu nothing, I tried replacing the storage nothing happened..

Why wouldn't the local "repair" shop try basic things like unplugging the battery? How can they call themselves repair shops?
they can repair software problems , not hardware, at most replace/upgrade ram or ssd.

I've watched many of your videos, and I noticed that you get a lot of laptops from "local repair shops". How can they call themselves repair shops when they aappear to be incapable of even simple repairs?
The local repair shop has a contract with Sorin. They try to fix basic mostly software issues. If something seems a hardware issue (not powering on could be a shorted power rail) they do not waste time on it because they cannot fix it anyway, so it's better for the shop to send it to Sorin and split the cash charged to the client. Everybody wins

btw avoid "white chocolate" there is no such thing as white cacao beans, white chocolate is full of bad chemicals 😉
White chocolate is made from cocoa butter, which is the fat from cocoa beans and it is naturally white. Then they add milk solids instead of cocoa solids, so also white.
Good quality white chocolate is perfectly fine - only a bit worse for you than other chocolate because of the higher fat and sugar content. It will only have bad chemicals in it if it's highly processed (i.e. bad, cheap chocolate), but the same is true of milk or dark chocolate.
@@fadetonoir6152 well depends what you count as cheap, are Nestle chocolates cheap to you? read what it says on the white and on the black chocolate and compare... way more stuff in white than in black chocolate... chocolate is the cacao bean, not its oil... its like saying you can drink white coffee if you extract the oil from the coffee drink and drink it, but thats not a coffee is it?

And I didn't make up the name, so don't shoot the messenger. It's made from the fat/oil of the bean and it's called white chocolate even if it's not technically chocolate. But the point is the white does come from the cocoa bean, even if the beans themselves aren't white, and it is a natural ingredient, not a chemical.
There's good, organic white chocolate made with all-natural ingredients, and there's bad, processed white chocolate - and the same goes for dark and milk. Saying don't eat white chocolate because it has chemicals in it is like saying don't eat chicken because it has chlorine in it - only the shit stuff does, so don't eat the shit stuff.
