Loved the video. Some of my ancestors were married in the church and are buried in the church yard there. Although some of my ancestors are from Kirdford Sussex, my branch of the family ended up in Chiddingfold.
Lovely video- typical pretty Surrey village- nice friendly people in the church- beautifully kept. I have already forgotten the hot days we had! Did we get our Indian Summer? 😄
Chid is a stunning village .Mums ashes are in the church yard with many of her family as it was where she grew up. I may well end up there too .Lots of Ukrainian people came in WW2 and stayed plus there is a Royal Romany family graves .
A gorgeous village - if you were taking someone from abroad to see an English village - this is where you would take them! At 4:55, that “tellytubby” building in the church yard is a very good way of building modern facilities without an impact on the historic structure. There’s a similar one at St Margaret’s Chipstead.
Nice one Marq. Beautifully shot, presented, and edited. 👍👍👍 What a delightful place!
Thanks very much, much appreciated.
Great vid! Added on my list of places to see
Thank you.

Really nice video, Marq.
Sorry I couldn't meet up with you, mate, for lunch.
They do great coffee in that shop.
That was a lovely little Coffee Shop.
