***UPDATE*** Moonton reached out to me and let me know that the change to the buff range was **unintentional** and will be reverted ASAP. did you test if the buff range expands when she ults and her ult range is the 2x3 rectangle in front of her? And unfortunately this really feels like a proper fix not a nerf. that previous range equates to attack range + adjacent allies awesome stuff tho thank you
Pre-nerf the ult did not expand the range of the buff. I haven't tested if the buff range expands during the ult or not post-nerf, I just verified that it's only applying to heroes in the two tiles in front of her. I tend to agree re: fix vs. nerf - I thought it was insanely good pre-nerf, no question, so I understand why they felt they needed to change it. Semantics aside it's problematic when you have people spending gobs of money on this game and then change the way a hero functions immediately after profiting off the rate up banner. My summons were all F2P and CC generated, I'd be positively irate if I'd spent the $3-400 it would cost to buy the summons I used on Magda's banner. Appreciate you watching!!!

I pulled magda via pitty manipulation so she only cost me 3 shards but i did skill her up due to her buff range being very useful. All i want are my skill ups back.

I pulled like 600 times to get her because I could feel how hype you were about her. What a let down by Moonton. Still glad I got her, good chance she will be useful, but damn does it feel bad now
I wrote a ticket about it as well. Magda was in the game being used for over a year? Now you do this stealth nerf ....waisted crystals for nothing now I wrote to them that we should get a free reset as boreas. Cant nerf without knowledge to the player base

they make it a regular thing now with this shadow nerfing like what they did with nisalt as well, was excited about her buff when i saw your video about it but now moontoon is giving more reason for people to leave their game..
They didn't nerf dahlia ofc that she buffs those in range of blossoms.. Shouldn't that also be just her attack range. But yeah fighters supposed to be in front... So who she buffing now?

It's a con- get players to spend money on crystals on new A+ characters and then nerf them- my guild boss score is down big time------never spending money on this game again - she has gone from A+ to C-...............rubbish
It was that way for 9 months on forerunner so idk about that 🤷♂️. Regardless they release the hero, profit off the banner, then massively reduce the heroes effectiveness. That's not ok for the folks that spent real money on their summons, or even for those that saved up for a long time and spent their limited resources on her.

Like I said in the video I'm not gonna quibble about whether or not it was op. They had 9 months worth of testing on forerunner before they released it. Going about it the way they did is not fair to the people that spent resources and real money on her, imo.
Respectfully, I disagree. It says "in range" not in Magda's "attack range". It also functioned with the larger range on forerunner for the past 9 months. Regardless, reducing it's functionality 24 hours after the rate up banner without any warning is bad practice.

Magda was also released on forerunner ~9 months ago and the buff has had the larger range that whole time
