There are temples and rituals for Confucianism, but most Chinese people don't consider it a religion, simply a custom or belief. Based on my knowledge, Confucianism was elevated to a "religion" by Christian missionaries in the 1700-1800s, so it is easier for them to make Chinese converts unlearn non-Christian practices. Also worth noting, if the religions are not monotheistic, you can believe in as many of them as you want. So it is perfectly fine for someone to believe in all three major Chinese religions (Taoism/Buddhism/Confucianism) at the same time.
