- Basically an updated version of the previous video I did back on 29th March 2016 featuring the game over screens featuring the fan favourite Harley Quinn.

Tara Strong is a fantastic Harley Quinn, no doubt about that. But Arleen Sorkin will always be Harley Quinn to me.
She sounds so much better, honestly. Tara is a great voice actress, but neither she or any of the other voice actresses come close to sounding and talking the right way for Harley Quinn.

I can tell that Tara Strong has alot of fun playing her.
I think Harley’s voice got squeakier and higher as her mental state deteriorates and becomes more sporadic after jokers death
That's a fun way to think about it in the games world but the real reason is that it's two voice actresses
I think the op is referring to City - Revenge - Knight. In each one her voice does sound a lot higher.

Arleen was the best, personally I don't really like Tara's I'd rather her just do her own take on Quinn than start off as an impression of Arleen's Harley then become something else.

The arkham asylum skin is my favorite! She looks the most theatrical and artistic like for some creepy show. In later games she is more like goth gangster girl. Not bad, but loses the vibe of the show. In arkham knight outfit there is echo of creepy nurse from the first game, but I still like her asylum costume the best.
Comparing her Arkham knight death scenes to how she reacts after killing Batman, there is just no way the Harley from ss is the same as Arkham Harley XDDD. She’s just so different. Like ss Harley Is ok but Arkham Harley on top!
