Das ist so geil das knistern auf der LP zu hören liege im Krankenhaus und zieh Jane rein wie geil.

This album is the most undervalued album ever!!!!!!!!!! If they had a better promoter, they would all be millioners!!!!!! Great stuff!!!!!!!!! So sad!!!!!! But great music!!!!!!!!!! Big thanx to you, guys!!!!!!!!! Respect!!!! I have it on Vinyl and I'll never sell it - not for 10.000€!!!!!

German prog rock bands are really fantastic! Jane, Eloy, Triumvirat, Passport (prog/jazz), Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk, Grobschnitt, Jeronimo, etc.

Das wohl beste Album wie ich finde!!! Alles was heute gespielt wird,kommt nicht annähernd dran. Die Urbesetzung,das war es.Charakter, Feeling ,Zeitgeist unübertroffen. Schlimm, das die Jungs sich so zerstritten haben.Und trozdem, hab alle Albums😜

I bought their albums and joined someone of their live concerts almoust 35 years ago and they are still one of my favourite bands ... unbelievable unique and fantastic ...😎👍🎸
Between vinyl, cds, and mp3 I own thousands of albums, but this album alights stars in my mind, constructs angelic bridges, untangles all the lines that braid on infinitely... I allow myself one monthly listening so as to not get sick of it (what happens when you overdo anything). And when I return to it, all of me whispers, shouts: bravo, bravo, bravo. A triumph.

The best Studio Album from Jane ever.
This album is insanely good. So underrated and right up there with Pink Floyd on the guitar work but in their own right. It’s just an absolute pleasure from start to finish. One of my all time favourite records that’s is a real treat to own and listen too. As far as prog rock goes I don’t think much can touch it.

I was in my teenage age, when they were on top. Day by day I am listening to this great Kraut-Rock. Difficult to beat, even 40 years later. Must be listed in greatest rock bands of all time, no doubt..
Kraut? This is progressive rock with blues influences. Where do you hear the psychedelia (Pink Floyd 1966-68) that so heavily influenced Kraut Rock bands like Amon Düül II, Guru Guru, Can, Faust usw? Go back to school!
I gave this a listen a couple weeks ago and found it okay, but unremarkable. Tonight, I am absolutely grooving to it. This is a really freaking good album. Outstanding. Kinda like waking from amnesia to discover something I loved but forgot. It has the heartbreakingly nostalgic quality of Pink Floyd and Genesis before they started to suck.

ich habe heute einen Plattenspieler und einige Schallplatten als zu verschenk...und ein Album erregt meine Aufmerksamkeit wegen seines Covers Jane... Ich denke, das sind heute die Momente, in denen man darüber lächelt, dass man das Glück hat, gute Musik zu hören. Ich komme aus Perú und lebe sehr gerne in Hamburg, das nicht weit von Hannover entfernt ist. Me alegro de tener este album conmigo saludos

Here it is, after thirty some odd years, and having scattered most of my vinyl, getting a JANE recommendation in my lineup?! Got to LOVE thy Algo... Cheers everyone here, and thanks Esferadevidio for sharing the good stuff... I remember even back in the day the record quality wasn’t pristine so this is not inferior to the LPs if I’m not mistaken... Whew good thing I don’t leave comments every day ;)

Fabulous to hear it again. I used to broadcast this in the radio specials I did in the 70s. Water was my favourite track on this album, Redskin and Hangman on others.

the big prog rock elites reviewed this and called it mediocre when its super fantastic lead work.better than comfortably numb. by a long ways singing is better too. I called him tone deaf and rated this 5 out of 5. dark side of the moon and animals are better but the rest of pink Floyd stuff is lackadaisical and lazy.

Archive and the album "You All Look The Same To Me". (Like Jane, they have something comparable with Pink Floyd)
Cressida and their self-titled album and the album Asylum (the songs "Munich" and " Goodbye post office tower, goodbye")
Van Der Graaf Generator (I think that this group must be listen a lot of times to be appreciate - he is one of my favorites now but when I listen to it the first time.... The song "A House With No Door" is maybe the softest for begin) and their albums : H to He, Who am the only one and Pawn Hearts and Still Life.
Amon Düül II. The albums of this group, are, I find, very differents each one. Their most famous album is Yeti, but, I like too a lot Made In Germany (the songs "Ludwig" and "Dreams") and The Hijacks ("Mirror" and "Archie the robot"), and there are very differents.
Emerson, Lake and Powell (for exemple, the song called if I remember well "The Miracle") and Emerson, Lake and Palmer (The Trilogy).
Camel (the album "Mirage")
Fantasy
The Strawbs (the album "Heroes and Heroines")
Tea & Symphonie (the four first songs of the album "English Baroque Sound")
The Moody Blues (my favorites albums are "A Question Of Balance" and "Seventh Sojourn"). There is not only the well-known song "Nights in White Satin" which is beautiful, from my point of view "Melancholy Man" and "For my Lady" and many others are very greats too.
Sorry for my bad english, I'm french. I hope I don't put some group like prog rock rock even if there are not... I doubt for Archive and the Moody Blues. Van Der Graaf Generator is often called prog rock, but the singer, Peter Hammill says that Van Der Graaf Generator makes art rock.
