@@allentoyokawa9068 Joe basically plays an old man in a young man's {body? no, not really) world. He has upper midwest (or UP in fact) sensibilities with appreciation for simple things: trees, Christmas trees, waterfalls, pumpkins, bean arches, and, oddly enough, people. I can't say you'll like his show but I do. The juxtaposition with other shows on the TV channel it resides really makes it stand out.

    • @dj-kq4fz

@@PRDreams Hard to say. I'm guessing he has a genuine interest because there doesn't seem to be an ironic tone to his work. But he is promoting a TV show as well. He doesn't seem like the type of guy who is out to fool anybody.

Absolutely insane, I have just this second finished watching the second season of his show for the first time, I go onto TH-cam and refresh my feed to see this uploaded only a few minutes ago. I saw Joe Pera’s face in your thumbnail and was incredibly confused. What a nice surprise.

This is really wholesome, especially for a first guest. I'm excited to see who else makes their way to the Cabin in the future!

Joe Pera is probably the best person to collaborate with. Joe should have his own TH-cam channel where he can make his own content.

That's pretty cool seeing Joe Pera here on Townsend's. I watch Joe's show on adult swim. I love watching him, and to see him here just seems perfect.
I really hope he stops by the Nutmeg Cabin in the future for more visits.

I wish I could like this video more than 1 thumb up.

That's just how a homesteader would make a first stool. Bash together something that just gets the job done and learn from it to make the second stool a little bit better, rinse repeat. Well done, Joe.

I'm only upset that I wasn't notified of this video when it came out. Joe Pera and this channel are both national treasures.

Please more celebrity guests on this wonderful channel! Let’s have Nick Offerman make a bed frame, knitting with a Vanna White, etc.
