Many women aren't aware of the full range of solutions available to treat urinary incontinence. There are A LOT more options out there besides surgery and diapers.
Pessaries are extremely effective, affordable, minimally invasive, and totally under-utilized. They provide immediate relief and can be used in conjunction with pelvic floor therapy, kegel devices, vaginal estrogen, etc.
It isn't "normal" to leak during daily activities and don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. Yes, it's common, but it's common because we aren't adequately treating it. We need to stop normalizing female suffering. If stress incontinence is impacting your life, please watch my talk and then get help so you can address it.

Hello, dear Dr. Gersh; I am from Iran. I am 37 years old, weight 47 kilos and height 156 cm. I have PCOS. I have been a cornivor for about 5 months (more than 95% of the time). I have just taken a blood test (on the 4th day of my period). Last year my tsh was 2, but now it is about 3.4; Also, my fasting insulin was 4 and now it is 13, and my cortisol is 12, and estradiol is 16. Also, my Fbs and blood urea and HDL have increased. Can you please give your opinion about it. Thank you very much in advance
