Two fun facts about "Two Planets Approach The Roche Limit" (starting at 1:30:37):
1. The Roche limit is defined as "the closest distance from a celestial body within which a second celestial body will disintegrate because the first body's tidal forces exceed the second's self-gravitation.".
2. There are two phases of this song (to match the boss), and the first phase lasts until 1:34:17, where it loops back to about 1:31:37. Because you can transition from the loop into the second phase at any point, they composed FOURTEEN different transitional parts depending on where you are in the loop (when you transition boss phases, Phase 1's music continues to play up to the next transitionary point, where it picks the appropriate transition to use). This video uses the last one, right after the loop ends.

if you’re gonna do another Kirby OST I’d honestly recommend you start at or close to the beginning of the series. Kirby music LOVES making callbacks to old motifs, and you get SO much more out of the music if you get the references it makes.

Also that song is a hybrid of the traditional "hyper" invincibility theme from the franchise, and this game's main theme, so that alone warrants attention and indication of that particular gameplay sequence.

PS: I don't really think you doing Kirby Star Allies OST next would be such a great idea tho cause, heads up, it's by far the most reference-filled OST on the franchice. It does have really REALLY dope OGs in it, but it's got full on remixes of past Kirby games since that game and it contains spoilers music-wise for those past games as well (there's even final boss themes straight up riped from other games in Kirby Star Allies so...), yeah i dunno, maybe try another Kirby game, but Star Allies can wait just a bit more, even tho I am a massive fan of said game
Now, why tho? Well the thing is that Kirby Star Allies worked more as a celebratory game for the entire franchise, especially since it was the last 2D game before Forgotten Land came to be, so bringing it up without literally any knowledge about Kirby, this including the music and gameplay (and even lore), it's most likely a death sentence
