Once you've practiced duality(2) & cleansed the link between you and source, you have opened your 3rd eye (pineal gland)
We use our external eyes to look but use our internal eye to SEE! Once you change the way you look at things, the things you look at begin to change. THREE is the number of manifestation , bringing our internal thoughts into our immediate reality based on our thoughts and feelings on the matter! There is NO separation between our thoughts and our immediate reality! Everything is happening and vibrating at ONCE, there is no time in the spiritual realm

So, this is going to sound ridiculous, but for the moments where you need that instant, brute force motivation to just get an immediate task done that is right in front of you, I have found the following technique to work almost every single time. This is silly but, for me it really works.
It’s a simple two-part technique. The first is no matter what I am doing, if I’m laying down on the couch or sitting in a chair or even if I’m already standing, I close my eyes and I picture a rocket ship loaded up with rocket fuel ready to takeoff and I start a slow and deliberate countdown in my head with a 5 - 4-3 - 2-1. And with every number that’s counting down I visualize, in powerful vivid detail all this energy building up in the rocket. Obviously this is a metaphor for my own energy building up. And by the time I get to one I create this feeling inside of me of all of this pent-up power and energy ready to explode and propel me forward. When I get to 1, I then say “blastoff!” Which propels me either literally out of my chair or couch or whatever or figuratively into whatever physical action I need to take. For me, it’s really important to visualize and actually feel all of this motivation and energy and everything building up in a progressive and accumulative way as I get closer to one and then blast off. Many times when I get to the blast off part, that is sufficient to get me to jump right into whatever it is I want to do but sometimes I need to go to the next step which is to use physiology (I stole this part from Tony Robbins) to anchor me to a motivated state. Usually this part is me forcefully standing in a powerful upright sort of warrior or power pose with clenched fists and strong exhaling breaths like I’m ready to go to fucking war straight out of the movie 300 or whatever lol. For me visions of aggression or war or battle are what motivate me. For you it might be some sort of vivid future vision of what you want to accomplish (such as a completely clean and organize garage or kitchen or whatever it is you’re trying to do). I don’t know I’m just throwing this out there in case anybody wants to try it. It really isn’t any effort at all but you just have to remember to actually do these things when you’re feeling unmotivated. I’m not kidding you when I’m telling you that when I take it 10 or 15 seconds to actually do this it works every single time.

If I were a wealthy man,
Such things I'd give to thee:
    All gauges and guises
    Of umpteen surprises,
    And wealthy I'll someday be.
If I were a clever man,
Such things I'd build for thee:
    All manner of modes
    Of humble abodes,
    And clever I'll someday be.
If I were a travelling man,
Such things I'd bring to thee:
    All features and faces
    Of faraway places,
    And travelled I'll someday be.
If I were a braver man,
    Such things I'd promise thee:
    All valour in verses
    Of tethering curses
    Will someday be set free.

But if you actions are totally opposite of your mantra then mantra never works. So mantra is kind of a placebo or suedo science. It's best to change the action first and then apply the mantra, so that mantra has tangible reason to stick. Then it would workk.

A novel procedure for developing an autotelic personality (or how to boost motivation quickly)
The ideal for any scientist with a great idea is to be able to explain it in a minute, and to confirm or falsify it as quickly. The world record for this arguably goes to the English philosopher Samuel Johnson, who rejected Archbishop Berkeley’s argument that material things only exist in one’s mind by striking his foot against a large stone while proclaiming, “I refute it thusly!”
Here is a similarly novel and useful idea that can be confirmed or refuted with a proverbial swift kick, and can also be easily explained through affective neuroscience (links below).
    Basic Facts:
Endogenous opioids are induced when we eat, drink, have sex, and relax. Their affective correlate, or how it ‘feels’, is a sense of pleasure.
    Fun Fact:
When we are concurrently perceiving some activity that has a variable and unexpected rate of reward while consuming something pleasurable, opioid activity increases and with it a higher sense of pleasure. In other words, popcorn tastes better when we are watching an exciting movie than when we are watching paint dry. The same effect occurs when we are performing highly variable or meaningful activity (creating art, doing good deeds, doing productive work) while in a pleasurable relaxed state. (Meaning would be defined as behavior that has branching novel positive implications). This is commonly referred to as ‘flow’ or ‘peak’ experience.
    So why does this occur?
Dopamine-Opioid interactions: or the fact that dopamine activity (elicited by positive novel events, and responsible for a state of arousal, but not pleasure) interacts with our pleasures (as reflected by mid brain opioid systems), and can actually stimulate opioid release, which is reflected in self-reports of greater pleasure.
    Proof (or kicking the stone):
Just get relaxed using a relaxation protocol such as progressive muscle relaxation, eyes closed rest, or mindfulness, and then follow it by exclusively attending to or performing meaningful activity, and avoiding all meaningless activity or ‘distraction’. Keep it up and you will not only stay relaxed, but continue so with a greater sense of wellbeing or pleasure. In short, this is a procedure to increase motivation to do meaningful work by increasing associated positive affect or pleasure, or making useful activity ‘autotelic’ or pleasurable in itself.
A Likely Explanation, as if you need one!
A more formal explanation from a neurologically based learning theory of this technique is provided on pp. 44-51 in a little open-source book on the psychology of rest linked below. (The flow experience discussed on pp. 81-86.) The book is based on the work of the distinguished affective neuroscientist Kent Berridge, who was kind to review for accuracy and endorse the work.
Implications for ‘self-help’ from the neuroscience of incentives
Affect in rest is labile, or changeable, and rest is not an inert and non-affective state, but modulates affective systems in the brain. In addition, the modulation of pleasurable affect induced by rest is not dependent upon a species of attention (focal meditation, mindfulness meditation), but is ‘schedule dependent’, and correlates with the variability of schedules or contingencies of reward and the discriminative aspects of incentives (i.e. their cognitive implications). In other words, sustained meaningful activity or the anticipation of acting meaningfully during resting states increases the affective ‘tone’ or value of that behavior, thus making productive work ‘autotelic’, or rewarding in itself.
