    Thank you bro for your time on these videos. I have dropped to the 5min and i have found i am more profitable. Not yet on the 1min but dropping to the 5min has helped me massively. I still use the higher time frames for analysis but entry is on the 5min. This is due to you and your knowledge. Thank you.

    Honestly i like swing trading and yes iam taking partials. So for example i risked 1% on a trade with 1 to 5 RR, i aim partials around 1 to 3 RR... So what i do is basically when my trade hits 1 to 2 RR, iam moving my SL to break even. If hits my 1 to 3 RR zone, i close 50% of the position size and let run the rest until TP or SL. Sometimes i take partials around 1 to 1 RR(for example very high impact news like interest rate decision etc.) coming, or i messed up the analysis and the trade does not look good after holding it for 3-4 days and its about to shift from bullish to bearish for example.

    I totally agree with you on not swing trading. Too many times I've got burned in the past when I swung options overnight. I remember swinging some $TSLA calls and literally 20 minutes before open the next day TESLA had some news about recalling some EVs and my calls literally got smoked and there was nothing I was able to do about it until 9:30 when market opens. Imagine all those $BA call swingers who got wrecked when the door blew off a few months ago. Imagine all the $CRWD call swingers who got wrecked just last Friday when $CRWD released that update that smoked the entire world and everything was offline. $CRWD opened -20%. I cannot control or sell my options overnight so I NEVER swing. Intraday trading only.

  • @visla84
    @visla84 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Mathematically he is correct. It’s a simple trade off between high trade frequency , accuracy (%wins) and reward to risk.
    First off your accuracy on higher time frames will improve due to lower noise levels. So hypothetically if your system works on both time frames and you have same accuracy then of course your can compound more on lower time frame.

    It's true and is less mentally challenging while you take partials yeah at the end you may cap your RR a bit but the consistency and compound stedy growth it gives is unmatched I usually do the same I take partials and also trail my stop a bit in profit for example if I am at 1 to 5 RR I move my trailing to 1 to 1 RR or something like that just to make sure not to get out in small pull bakcs but if an strong reaction occurs at least I will secure some profit more

I do understand that you've come to find profitability in trading the lower timeframes but you should know better that your success doesn't apply to everyone. The title itself is very misleading (...and why you should too) since what works for you will not necessarily work for everyone. I'll suggest they choose a timeframe based on their personality and work schedule and not assume your analogy will automatically work for them. There is no best time frame...we rather have "the best timeframe which suits your style and personality".

Mind you, majority of the technicians in the financial market, whose technical theories are the bedrock of the technical analysis, were not themselves the greatest traders in history, but the greatest teachers in history! Waqar man, honestly you are a lifesaver!
    It's only after watching your trading style initially on the tradingnut channel did I decide to incorporate the M1 timeframe into my trading. Honestly, I feel like I have a successful strategy now because of that inclusion. The key for me is to enter and set SL's on the M1 TF but use HTF POI's for my TP targets while keeping everything within the session or 2 max. Although, I'm not as experienced as you at reading the market, so I stick to a 2 RRR/1.5 ROI per entry. And because I trade intraday, I can hope to get 2-3 trades per day usually (London & NY sesh).
    Anyways, I just wanna say thanks for what you do and continue to do for the community. I am currently in the process of passing a prop account, so that I can finally achieve financial freedom 💪

    Use real price action next time - you will gain a lot more trust from your viewers. Anyone can explain a trading "strategy" with a perfect drawing.

    after backing testing his twitter trades I can see how that it makes more sense to trade m1 approach but you have to have the skill to know when to get in when to break even and what can invalidate / revalidate the trade idea

      @@WaqarAsim. my question to you is if price is fractal , have you thought about going into even lower time frames , lets say to confirm a m1 zone could you potentially use 15second , or is there a point where going lower has to stop

    • @WaqarAsim.
      @WaqarAsim.  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@jituv123 no point. We use m1 for 2 reasons, for either more precision or more confirmations
      Once you have those, it’s sufficient. Going lower brings unreasonably low SL and becomes ineffective. I’ve tested it in many variations
