@@tsean1106 The only real difference between someone young and someone old is that the older person had more time on their hands--but even with that if the younger person has spent more total time practicing, they're going to be better.
T-L-G-T-W young people have more flexible muscle memory and worse at the decision making part of the game.

Sparg0 is kind of my smash idol. I’ve done some local tournaments before and rn I’m 14 years old. Feels good to see there’s fellow kids out there younger than me able to go up against the greats

I dunno what the commotion about bullying is. But when Sparg0 lost to Marss, there were a shit ton of annoying comments from Marss fans. I feel people get upset because Sparg0 is so young, but is competing with top 8 players.
I have no idea why some of you guys are shit-talking Spargo, he is doing his best for his age and is already a very clean Cloud Player, even more impressive since the character is less abusable in ultimate. He got great reads, great spacing, and nice ledge traps, even if he has some bad habits. He respects Elegant's luigi because luigi can gimp/bullshit his way to victory. I play frequently against a good Luigi player and i can't get my head around some of his frame data and gimmicks in ultimate (especially down b, this move is incredible if you don't respect it). Pay some respects to the kid, he would body you any day of the week.

You can go to Elite Smash and find a bunch Cloud Mains that play like this. Also not everybody has time for tournaments.

For the love of goopta put ten extra minutes of filler so I can't tell who will win when I pause it. Other channels that do this really leave hope for come backs or longer games.

just... don’t pause the video or look ahead. that advice literally just makes all the people that want to watch a short and sweet set waste a solid amount of time. hell, I skip to the end sometimes if I’m just not digging the set anyways

My idea is that if I see someone needing to take 2 sets to win and there is only 8 minutes left, I already know who won. Ruining a part of the entertainment.

Not to be a jerk but you can go to Quickplay and find at least a dozen Cloud Mains that play like this. He’s good, but he’s getting clapped because of his habits, like doing Up-B out of shield a lot.

Man it would be so awkward to be in Elegant's position. If you lose, you just lost to a 13 year old (which is honestly not a big deal IMO but people would make it into a big deal), and if you win then you just feel bad for beating a 13 year old.

Tough scene for Cloud
Sparg0 is good but Cloud is held back by crippling flaws. It's why he rarely shows up in pro play. But honestly, fix those flaws and he still wouldn't be top tier, the rest of the top tiers are all more broken in their own way. Cloud's solid neutral isn't good enough to compensate for his downsides. Would love buffs to him.
@@thr0waway Eh his main flaw is his recovery and with limit being nerfed i'm pretty sure you see limit recovery less but cloud still has good things he makes sense now and he has one of the best out of shield options in the game he's balanced and I think he's high tier
I feel like this match up is cloud favor easy.
Elegant looked so disappointed after that first match... I mean I’ve been 3 stocked by people that I 3 stocked and that feels bad enough. Sparg0 is so young and being 2 stocked like Elegant did must feel terrible... after all, he is a professional.
In my opinion, both are good as fuck, Sparg0 is too young and is a amazing player, i love his cloud.

Luigi is probably the least forgiving character in the whole game. His punish game is crazy, step out of line once and you're dead to an up B out of shield or a nasty grab combo.

Elegant isn't doing anything with Luigi that we cannot do. He isn't using some alternative form of Luigi. If he's doing well with Luigi, that means *he's taking full advantage of what Luigi is capable of doing.* It annoys me when people act like it's some secret skill. If you wanna do as well as he is with Luigi, put in that work.

It’s called a pivot grab. Works wonders. Got super nerfed from smash 4 tho. Pivot grabs were a huge thing in the meta. Now it’s almost non existent.
