Would alcohol cause you to fail a non dot? I have a test Monday morning but I’m going out tonight and wanted to have a drink but I don’t know if that would cause me to fail 😕

When you do in-house drug testing and it’s negative you don’t not send out. Usually if your needing a second look you send out, making sure the MRO verifies your results
Supervised/Observed test collection is when the collector has to watch the entire collection from start (person going into bathroom), to urinating in the cup.

Yes, that can happen. A non-federal collection can request 45ml urine collection for processing

Best advice…..find out what is being tested in the drug test and make sure that drug isn’t mixed in any alcohol you consume

Hi! The collection cup is fully open to air. That does not affect the sample, no time will change that.
Hi, I am a lab tech. Yes. Exposure to air does affect ETOH levels.
However, it’s a qualitative test and will report as positive or negative.
