- Hi guys! I will share with you my experience and what I've learned with my freediving lessons in Batangas. Lesson 1 is all about intro to freediving and survival in the sea. Lesson 2 are composed of rescue and self help techniques. I've learned how to hold my breath longer and how to equalize under water for pain prevention of the ears. I have also included in my video how much is the cost of freediving lesson for 2 days in Batangas, Philippines. Freediving lesson does not require to those who can swim. There are some coaches and students who are non-swimmers yet sometimes they are better and they easily picked up than those who can swim. #freediving #freediver #batangas #philippines #filipina

May video ka po ba nung sinabi ng coach sa inyo about sa equalize gusto ko pung makinig kasi fan din ako sa diving kaso problema nanakit tenga ko pag masyado na malalim. Kaibigan nyo na rin po ako.
Hello! Maraming salamat. Wala po akong video pero may dalawang klase po paano mag-equalize thru mouth tapos yung parang sisinga ka.
It seems more efficient if one keeps their legs straighter while descending.

Hello! Actually, no. Hindi mo kailangan maging swimmer para mag-freedive. Mas need mong maging relax pag nasa dagat ka na. Actually may mga non-swimmer akong nkasama tapos mas magaling pa sila kasi relax at nakikinig sila sa coach at comfortable lang sila sa dagat. Yung fins kasi yun yung tumutulong para mabilis ka pumailalim.
