Oh man, glad l found this! l'm in Bkk. l have an old Bros 650 and have been determined to balance it but what you said about finding adapters is so right. l could use a couple of those nipple / adapters.
@@Teacher-T-Thailand That surprised me. Didn't realize it was the same guy. I think l did find some adaptors and rigged up something with bottles. I messed up and sucked a bit of Sponsor into the heads followed by autolube. Tried to use some cheap gauges l bought in recent years but my present mechanic is too old school to take it seriously. In any case, they didn't seem to be working properly. Bike is running okay anyway. Cheers

Just got my first bike yesterday honda steed 400, it decelerates slow and gives a soft back fire/pop every now and then (nothing major), previous owner says you get 120km per tank (11l fuel). Would the balancing like in ur video resolve this?
Back fire is caused by too rich a mixture. Too much fuel, not enough air. Could be something as simple as changing the air filter to cure both problems. But they are old school thirsty machines.
Sorry for late reply. Only just seen. If air flow not correct on these bikes, it can cause missing. Start by checking the air filter and seals. If bike has been modified and original filter taken off this can be a problem also

Hi! This is to tune the air/fuel ratio, correct? Where did you find the connection from engine to pipes? Where can I buy some?
I have removed stock air cleaner cover with a funnel that connects to the stock airbox. I can still tune it like this, right?
No. This does not do air fuel mixture. This is to balance the 2 engines in sync. Air fuel mixture is a small screw either side of the dual carb.
