    Courts talk or interpret Law , they don’t talk or interpret Bill , Same way Parliament dont talk Law , they discuss Bill
    Seperation of powers must be respected

    So long as the legislative processes do not go against the constitution and standing orders of the parliament. No one can interfere with the work of parliament. Remember that the constitution is the supreme law of the land.

    Speaker is right buy I watched some of the proceedings today and realised that the issue is against the speaker as a person and not parliament as an institution so the supreme court can determine such a matter.

      Please we are talking Law not emotions Go to Article 93(2) Article 125(3) am given uou another Article 2(1) and Article 130(1) Article 106 hives the procedure of making Bills in Ghana They did and in the case of Ezuame Manaan v AG The Supreme Court struck portion down the had to in Psrliament review the Bill and it was noticed Parliament erred such that they font have power of making any law if the bill goes through it must as 108 satisfy the condition laid out in the Constitution.
      Again. His assertion that Nobody...Read Article 3..Art 4,Art 55 Parliament is injunction from making laws making Ghana a one party state.There is another concept the Doctrine of Necessity and The Doctrine of ripeness ....so let's see how it's played out on 17th July
