Is NAPO aware of the number of people who got access to secondary school education through all the new secondary schools Nkrumah built in all regions of Ghana? The Tema Barbour, Motorway, consolidation of Lego. Into a full- grown university, the creation of Tech and Cape Coast university with free tuition and board? The regional hospitals, hotels.
