These judges clearly have made their mind up before even the case. Look how they are arguing. They will not even allow the parliament lawyer to make his point.

It look like chief justice is not listening, she's just hearing. Even me that is not a lawyer I can understand. If a person take me to Court based on something the two of us have discussed and I told that person I have done exactly what you asked me to do and also provide evidence on that effect. Then the person went back to take you to court saying you have not done anything based on device he gave you
the judges have already made up their mind, they will never give any judgment that will force Nana Addo to sign the bill this year. They will only do so once power changes. The democracy the west gave to us!

Does the Supreme Court have power to stop another arm from carrying out its constitutionally mandated duty? Where will they be drawing that power from? At the least the process should not be truncated, the president can refuse to accent anyway.
Does the Chief Justice understand the phrase "In any case" as referred to? Seems she is hearing but not listening!
why would she hear anything? we have allowed ourselves to be trodden down by a bunch of selected judges who can collect yam and send you to jail. The day they rendered our birth certificate useless was the day Ghana lost it's independence.
