I found it useful. It may not give you the specifics on how to do that however, I feel her points are valid. Is fear driving the comments.
There are conversations to be had. Do some research on the subject. Growth is always beneficial to our relationships.

Obviously from the comments it’s clear this woman is not liked at work. I didn’t think this was useless or boring I just think she has haters.

What you are saying has a lot of truth in it. Thank you for sharing.
Most often, your advice is spot on. To be honest I am very open to this because I am a Relationally Motivated Person. Some think that this is odd as I grew up & developed in Project-Oriented environments. I was always just a step out of line with other leaders. But things have always worked out well in the Long Run. Most often anyway.
But you must really be prepared to loose what you currently have if you are going to have the difficult conversation. This is because you really might make the current situation worse. That is one of the possibilities. I have experienced that in Spades! Many (if not most) people get angry, defensive & retaliatory no matter how pure your motives are for positive change. No matter how politely you introduce the subject.
That is the result of human nature. We are sinful beings living in a fallen world. Only by the Grace of God provided to us by the Atoning Sacrifice of Jesus Christ can we hope to overcome. And we must continually be energized & encouraged by the Holy Spirit if we are to have any hope of Overcoming in this fallen world.
Ultimately there is One & only One Way to satisfy the Righteous Requirements of an Unbelievably Perfect & Holy God. That Way was provided to us by the Gift of Himself in the form of His Human Son, Yeshua HaMashiah, Jesus the Christ!
The Bible is the Only Ancient Text that has a complete body of Fulfilled Prophecies in it. These fulfilled prophecies attest to the Divine Inspiration of all 66 Books in our modern Bible. There are actually a few more. The Arminian Bible contains the Testimonials of the Patriarchs which were criticized by scholars as being of later creation. The Dead Sea Scrolls contain fragments of these short letters. And they are amazing!
There are a couple other books that are referenced in the Bible itself that were hidden until our current generation. The God of the Bible is the True & Living God.
Whew….. that was a difficult conversation. Glad that I got it out.
I hope that you & your friends receive it in the spirit that I send it.
I love you whether you agree with me or not. I wish you nothing but the best in this Age & the one to come!
    --------------
But please understand that I am not talking about a philosophy or even a religion here.
The Creator God of the Universe loves me. Me!!! I know it. I have experienced His love. I experience It daily. He communicates with me. He Blesses me. Me!!!
Jesus is Head-Over-Heels in Love with me. And I with Him. I wish that I could love Him more. Obedience to His Laws & Love for our Brothers are the proof of our Love for God on this earth
Now don’t get me wrong. He is worthy of being Feared. He is not to be taken lightly.
I am solidly on Team Jesus! I’ve read the back of the Book. I’ve read the entire Bible too many times to count. From Genesis to Maps. I do not want to rise with the Second Resurrection & stand before the White Throne Judgement. Justice will be handed out there. Perfect Justice is the worst that anyone will receive from God.
That is horrifying when you consider how high His standards are! I do not want to receive God’s perfect Justice. I know me all too well. And I suspect that I remember less than 1/10% of my sins.
I want His extravagant Mercy! That is found only in the First Resurrection before the Mercy Seat! I am with Jesus, Ya’ll! He is my Defense Attorney!

The volume is way too low. I can barely hear what she’s saying, so I really couldn’t listen to it.

I actually said to myself out loud "What? That was terrible." First time I've done that about a Ted Talk. Zero info about how to conduct difficult conversations.
