I saw u r previous videos..after starting the bike run in idle for 30 seconds to ensure oil circulation without raising accelerator,so that the engine lasts longer(cylinder head,pistion,rings,gears).Best oil for zmr is shell ultra 10w40 fully synth.My weight is 107 kg,i am using zmr since 2012, i have been using shell ultra for 8 yrs now(i change oil once in 5k km) for my weight and average riding speed of 45-50km/5th gear i am getting 55.2 km at highway and 43-46km at city per liter.I travel average 1000 km a month to office to and fro and local use, some months rs 1200,some months rs 1300 is enough for an entire month.I also lubricate clutch cable,acc cable and chain one a month, i have always idled engine for 30 sec at neutral from starting before moving the bike in gear.i use nitrogen in tyres and check it once in 2 weeks(remember i am 107kg so every 2 weeks i put nitrogen which is free in pump when i put fuel).once in 6 months the tappets of rocker arm must be tightned at service center.also uring iridium spark plug or g power platinum plug will increase combustion and u r engine will not have misfire.Iridium plugs may increase idle rpm from 1200 normal ,to 1400-600..also clean and lubricate gear foot shifter joints.Cleaning air filter once every 2-3 months and replacing every 10k km will keep engine clean.Also parking bike at shade is very important.It will protect paint and save u r instrument cluster display from sunlight.Avoid washing bike frequently,just once a month..everday in the morning or evening for 5 min if u wipe with dry microfiber towel,u r bike will always look good.U can do a teflon coating for rs 400 at showroon or get a good wax polish and polish u r self to protect and give look to the bike..once every year ,clean the tank,petrol filter,fuel pump,throttlebody,injector with brake clean fluid.Always maintain min 2 liter petrol in tank so that fuel pump motor dose not fail(i was advised about 2 liter petrols min by hero showroom owner in 2012 when i took my bike and its been 8 yrs and i never had fuel pump issues.its wise to replace all fuses and relays in bike once in 5 yrs and replace any damaged wirings.Always put bike in center stand when ever possible,as side stand prolonged use can bend the metal area near gear shift and swing arm and later the bike may develop slant even after u replace new side stand,plus side stand may interfear with gear shifts.lubricate accelerator cable too and change it once in 3 yrs..change clutch cable once every year.for brake pads,use bosch for rear(rs 350) and tvs apache rtr 160 pada or nikavi or bosch if avilable for front (rs 300) as zmr pads one set front and back costs rs 2500 plus labour charge rs 200..if u buy good pads adtermarket,it will only cost u rs 700+rs 100 for labour at local garage..if u have the tools u can do it u r self(its very easy).One more important thing is to see if back and front wheel gave no resistance and freely move..lubricatie both rear and front wheel shaft pin and adjust chain for slack.If u use any local car 75w90 or 80w90 gear oil(rs 100-120 for 500ml) for chain lubrication,not only will it lubricate,since oil is very thick,it will protect u r chain from corosion and rust.I hope now u understand how i get 45-55 km for my 8 yr old bike which has run 60,327kms till today(also changed clutch plates at 50k km,u can use bajaj discover 150 original friction plstes or cbz(old) original friction plates..it will cost u only rs 600-750, if u change zmr clutch plates at showroom parts and labour will cost u rs 3500-4000, outside they will do it for rs 300,so with rs1000 u can get new clutch plates fixed).I love zmr, hence i have advised in detail.Using a petrol additivd like moto power or anything else,can always keep u r injectors ,piston head and throttle body partially clean.Have a nice day .

Yes brother there must be some loose contact issue with connectors. as you said when you turn right bike gets off. check with showroom mechanic who already worked on specially ZMR. so he will know which wire or thread is getting pulled. all the best hope this will solve the problem

Yes fuse se bhi hota hai... mostly it seems like a wiring issue... agar use mechanic ne bike pe yane ZMR pe kaam kiya ho toh hi use haat lagane dena warna kuch galta ho gaya toh kharcha badh jayega...

now my bike is ohk.. thats prblm bcoj engine oil too much .. i take out 500 gm oil n now runing well

My bike gives 5 long blink and 4 short blink what is the error tell me
It's for bank angle sensor error, some wire must be disconnected may be. Most of the time this won't damage unless you met with accident or something
Get your bike to mechanic & see if it's ok or got broke...
