It is a little disconcerting that you present your invaluable advice with breathtaking patience. You’re coaxing rather than coercing us into following your lessons; and that we unanimously appreciate your presentation means that you are a dependable, laid-back and diligent teacher. Thank you.
I love watching your English lessons, it makes me feel better with considerable confidence in writing n communicating with colleagues, and friends each time I go through your video sessions. Thanks for sharing the invaluable English lessons.👍👍👍👍👍
I like your cours , so excellently made . It is top 👍 . I d like to say that every detail is raffiné ! Perfect ! Thanks very much to offer such excellent cours !👍👍👍
I have been involved in Biblical apologetics for a good number of years, so, a well-rounded knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and overall understanding of both "USAGE," of a particular word, and using the right word to BEGIN with is vital! These examples were quite easy. I'm looking for the more challenging questionnaires! Thank you!
Thank you so much, Ms. Max! I am an English teacher and am from Baku. It is the capital of the republic of Azerbaijan which is located in the South Caucasus. It is one of the 15 former republics of the Soviet Union which was collapsed in 1991. Since I am not a native speaker I do really benefit my English a lot from your lessons. There are certain things in every language that you can't learn from books or grammar. Spoken language, words and combinations of words used in society is normally somewhat different at times. So your videos have been of great use to me so far and I am looking forward to your new videos with interesting details of the grammar. By the way, you are very beautiful, charming and seem to be a person with a keen sence of humour which is marvellous. Just keep the way you are!!! As you say it: "Break a leg!" :-)
I was very disconcerting to improve my English vocabulary When I told one of my colleagues We are now unanimous to learn at least 15 vocabularies words daily, She coerces me to start quickly because she doesn't want me to be flippant Is the journey that leads me to your channel which is breathtaking for me I can say it loud that your lesson is invaluable cheers
I got them all right, but must admit, that many of those words are no part of my active vocabulary and that I sometimes used to miss the finer details of the meanings. So thank you for pointing them out! I think learners of very different levels can benefit from your lessons. Cheers from Northern Germany!
I didn't know the exact meanings of a few words, but I could still instinctively select the appropriate word for each sentence. As someone mentioned here before, reading plenty of books is extremely useful! Thanks for the video!
Thanks for coaxing me to learn the advanced vocabulary. I couldn't agree more about how useful the advanced vocabulary, it helps us to have a great conversation with each other (specifically to native speakers), and help us improving our written english especially for English proficienct tests that can be seen quite hard. Thanks!
Excellent lesson Max. Every day I watch your videos I feel I can improve my english vocabulary level. I see everybody here have unanimous opinion about your good lessons.
Max, thanks for your wonderful lessons. It is very interesting and useful to hear the topics, that you are touching. This helps to freshen my english and is very helpful.
I was disconcerting to see my marks so low in the subject I liked the most 2) I ever look up to my sister as she is discerning when it comes to book 3) if you have certainly wrong then your end is inevitable 4) I love to watch such invaluable video like it 5) from my girl friend's flippant view I am bond to leave her forever as he abused me several times I remember all the words verbatim 6) economy is collapsed in this pendamic period 7) i hate Chinese lights because it flippers and worn out after few hours 8) I am quite shy so if he caoxs me into inviting me in his party then I would be ready 9) he tried to coerce him into lying in court
Well done! With corrections: It was disconcerting to see my marks so low in the subject I liked the most. 2) I always look up to my sister as she is discerning when it comes to books. 3) If you are definitely wrong, then your end is inevitable. 4) I love to watch invaluable videos like this one. 5) From my girlfriend's flippant view I am bound to leave her forever as she abused me several times. I remember all the words verbatim. 6) The economy has collapsed in this pandemic. 7) I hate Chinese lights because they flicker and wear out after a few hours. 8) I am quite shy, so if he coaxes me into coming to his party, then I would be ready. 9) He tried to coerce him into lying in court.
I got all the words right. As a Portuguese native speaker, I notice that some words that are, say, less common in daily conversation have latin roots (ex. coerce, virtual, irritable, irrational, unanimous, and so on). Others I could guess by elimination, because you gave alternatives (not sure if I would know in a casual conversation). Anyway, your videos are truly useful. I just came across your channel and have been binge-watching your videos. Thanks for the content. Greetings from Brazil.
mmmlike the way you put the sentences and how you explain the meaning, and lots of practise in conversation as well as I know them when i have read many books some difficult words I always find it in the dictionary or put it as it has sense in the meaning ths
1. It was disconcerting to hear about all his marriage problems. 2. We cooperate only with discerning bloggers. 3. This confrontation is inevitable. 4. That flippant attitude couldn't be tolerated. 5. You shouldn't learn to tell the story verbatim. 6. The decision needs to be unanimous. 7. The path you need to take is quite inconspicuous. 8. Stop coaxing me into drinking with you! 9. She was coerced into lying.
It's unanimously acknowledged that I am able to inevitably benefit from this invaluable band new test. Your serious but not flippant remarks coax me to be more knowledgeable within sporadic time. That is extremely gorgeous😍
It is inevitable and amusing to watch English with MAX to learn obscure Vocabulary. This is not a flippant comment.Max´s staring is pretty much breathtaking
Well, to be honest, your channel is one of the best. I got 9 correct. I had a problem with the word verbatim. It is like I am coaxed into watching your channel frequently. I am really coerced from withing into watching☺️
Another amazing video, thank you so much for your work. Do you have other videos in which you compare similar words? I'd love to watch them if you do :) (Lately i have discovered that appealing and appalling are almost opposites despite their similar spelling...or another pair is hostility-hospitality which can be deceptive...)
Hi Teacher. I hope you are well. First of all. You are so beautiful. After listening to your lesson you coaxed me into subscribing to your channel because you are beautiful and talented Teacher. My brother gave me invaluable advice.
I wasn't good at this test. :((( So I'll go on watching your lessons :))) I should watch this video several times more to not to forget these new vocabularies... Just today I've learnt from you coaster, but when I saw it home, I couldn't name it.. :) So keep on practising is the key for me...

the first one was tricky, for all the others it did help a lot to have the two options. I would have not been able to give a description for all of the words.
(non native speaker)
