I’m fierce Abyi Ahmed opposer but we’ve to see the reality and say a spade’s a spade. Egypt well known have been begged for years but work for dismantling of Ethiopia because of her interest in Abbay.

Either we have as neighbors business deal or nothing else. Ethiopia can’t be a public property but they want to charge Ethiopia hefty fees which he keep changing.
Somalia land has been independent except getting recognition and have business deals with various countries. Ethiopia making a contract for sea access, I don’t think it’s a big deal. Eritrea absolutely doesn’t want Ethiopia to have sea access with other countries. I think even if it’s peaceful with Eritrea, Ethiopia should avoid Eritrea they’ll always be a problem to Ethiopian security.

To begin with all those countries are in abject economic distress and they don’t afford all our war. Ethiopia is too weak even to even local militias let alone foreign armies. So the worst they can do is proxies, and that is too big for Abiy. He is being obliterated by Fano which don’t even have proper weapons and training. Last year this time, most Fano hame sticks , how about this year? They are in different level. Give it a year, Abiy is begging for his life. Look it’s 50k to the capital! So don’t blow potential of regional war.
