Excellent video, dear Ella. The only exception I make for skinny jeans is when worn inside a tall riding boot, with a tailored coat or blazer. Love that equestrian vibe. Like you, I have long, straight legs and narrow hips. One of my favourite looks in the fall and winter.
After watching street fashion videos from around the world I have concluded all leg widths are worn everywhere. Choice for a particular look is personal, not a herd mentality. Self expression is most evident in Italy, where fashion is exciting and individual, no same look, however have noticed trends.
I went out to dinner last night and wore my two pearl necklaces as you do. It is such an elegant look! My new favorite jean is a high waist slim straight. I did hold onto one pair of skinny jeans that I can tuck into tall boots. I wear a long blazer so the imperfections are hidden :)

I have ditched the skinny jeans and embraced the straight and wide leg jeans. It's finally starting to warm up and I will be wearing the cropped version. Always stylish advice ❤!

I have several straight cut jeans but haven't worn them in a couple of years (I leaned toward straight cut early on away from skinnies), as I've been more into the baggy, loose fit, wider leg jeans. Now you are making me want to go back to the straight cut fit and style them with the edgy shoes, cropped jackets + accessories to look more modern and elevated. I'm subscribing even though I don't wear skinnies, you've taught me more in this 1 video than I expected!

Being from Boston, Ma. USA, I did save a couple of skinny jeans. They are not skintight. I wear them only in the Fall with riding boots when I turn into a Pumpkin Spice girlie...lol. I don't wear them with a felt hat and infinity scarf...so 2000's. You present some great outfits that I will recreate with what I have in my closet. No cropped jeans for me. With my long legs it would look like I shrunk my jeans in the wash. Thanks for keeping me stylish Miss Ella!

I would love to find some "modern skinnies" - slim thigh with tapered, not tight, calves. The only ones that exist seem to either be $250 or mid-rise. I need high rise. Most slim pants are too big in my thighs.
I agree skinny jeans with heels is a tragic look.
I am a size or two bigger on top than on bottom . I feel like a lollipop in skinny jeans. I have nice legs, but the skinny jeans unbalance me and are not flattering! A bit of a wider leg balances me out and really are more flattering

The fashion industry dictates and we follow like lemmings lol. I’m sure I could go back in time and you would be in a video touting skinnies! Low rise cropped jeans are straight up ugly on anyone and everyone.
Hi Ella, thank you for your videos, your red clutch is as big as a pillow and looks a bit awkward when you carry it! I would wear bigger sunglasses, more flattering and better protection for your eyes.
Not all skinny jeans creases on everyone!! Of course it will according to tights and calf sizes. You can see the differences with the ladies on your video, the slim one is different.
I think showing the ankles when wearing cropped jeans is overrated and just a passing trend imo. Cropped jeans (straight, kick flares, etc.) make your legs so short, they're a no no for more petite women like me, I'd rather my legs looked longer with normal length jeans. I buy my jeans from M&S in two lengths, for flats and heels, I love their straight leg jeans (M&S Autograph straight leg jeans with Lyocell in ocean blue and mid blue, £49.50), they're true straight from hips to bottom and do not taper, beautifully soft too, they're slim straight, not wide straight, and very Parisian chic. I also love M&S Eva bootcut jeans, it's a gentle bootcut and they're only £25, they come in a variety of lengths and washes.
