  • In honor of their 13th episode, gay roommates Daniel (Gen X) and Julio (Gen Z) open up about their fears, particularly as gay men. Although many fears are universal (fear of death is a prime example), some fears are more profoundly felt by the gay community. The two hosts have very different relationships with fear, from Julio's bold "man without fear" approach to Daniel's cautious "safety first" mindset. How do they both overcome fear as gay men to live their best, most fulfilled lives?

this was a wonderful discussion about sensitive experiences that we have as gay men…I remember reading a statistic about gay men that concluded that gay men who are single and above the age of 40, the likelihood of them being alone the rest of their life is alarmingly high. There are countless variables to this epidemic of gay loneliness, trauma and shame are a driving force. Discussions like this are important, and I believe that we can discover how our homosexuality is a gift by holding space for vulnerable conversations such as this. Thank you for a great episode 🙏
