Plastic Bottle Hack: Make Easy Gemstones!

Hello!
In this video, I will show you a hack - how to turn plastic bottles you would usually throw away into precious gemstones!
It's a simple project that everyone can do at home - you will most likely already have all the materials that you will need. And who wouldn't want gems that cost nothing?
Also, there is no extra waste since you are reusing the bottles. That's why I love upcycling projects - there is no good reason why you shouldn't try it! ;)
There are several ways how you could use the gemstones: Make jewelry with them, use them for costumes, for decoration, on cards,.. Just use your imagination!
How you colour the gems is also up to you - use any paint, glitter, nail polish, markers,... Make a galaxy or holo gem for example! :)
It's lots of fun and I can imagine that kids as well as adults will like this project.

Use a clear glue and sand for the inside. This will give your "stone" the weight like the real one. Sand can be colored. You can get plenty of play sand cheap, but it's a little messy. Got to the pet supplies and buy a bag of sand for the fish tank.. This sand is a lot cleaner and easier to work with. But it also costs more.

Kawaii Turtle Crafts ....same here...I made a cheap n ez canopy bed frame out of plastic bottles..fabric and bamboo poles! Plastic is easy to reuse only takes a few moments thought.

I think I would paint it before I cut out the small circles. Easier to hold and could do all at the same time. :)
