Mitral prolapse causes a mid-systolic click but not a crescendo murmur.

Hi mam,in valsalva there is increased intra thoracic pressure, so blood in lungs get squeezed and go to left ventricle, so blood in left ventricle should increase in LV, and hence hocm murmur should decrease….
