    I am SO ready to get my package from the daily grind (used your link) and I am SO excited! Eeek! I feel ya girlfriend, this past week has been garbage mental health wise? Do you ever get pissed off as you are going through a mental health crisis because I sure as heck do? As it progresses and I just cannot seem to get on top of it I get SO mad. Which doesn’t help the situation at all, in fact I believe it is a block to actually taking the time to deal with what is going on. Kind of like a distraction but not a good one? 🤔 Using anger as a denial because getting that mad about it denies me and my brain the mental capacity to deal with it all? So I just get more angry until finally I have a break from that phase and actually start to deal with the anxiety/depression. When I say it like that anger could also be a defense mechanism giving me the time to become ready to deal with anxiety and depression. 🤔 Basically the brain 🧠 is a complicated place, at least for those of us that deal with these issues. What I have learned from literally almost 40 years of this, and most of that time you had to hide you had anything wrong with you at all, it just was not accepted, is that I need to feel all of the feels, I need that part of the process to be okay, I need to feel safe and secluded. I will fight my way out and that thought brings me comfort. I got out my planners tonight and all of the pages that I had decorated so beautifully I literally wrote right down the middle of both pages, around the decoration….my anxiety and depression is bad, I got mad about it, hopefully I will do better next week. Regardless, I am okay, everything will be okay, you are good no matter what. And that is all I wrote for an entire week in a BIG vertical Happy planner. Crazy right? But real, so very real. And it IS okay, our brains might not be like everybody else’s but they are so very special in spite of it all. Be kind to your mind and to yourself. You are okay, and will be okay. Thanks, Jess!! 💕
