    Also, you’re not alone. I have the ADHD/depression/anxiety compound issue - lol - I’m still trying to find a happy medium too. Stay strong!

    I absolutely LOVE your dailies in your bullet journal and they are so pretty that I feel the same that you do not need to do anymore with them. Also cat decorations are the best decorations! Also there have been so many double ring planners I wanted to buy but haven't because I need my planner to act as a disc bound, I can't believe I have never thought of that before!! Thank you so much for that, this will be a game changer!

    Bless your heart, I hear you Jess, I hear you. I won’t say I know exactly how you feel because all of us that deal with mental health just have different experiences while at the same time having some of the same, if that makes sense? I can easily say that every single time I have a medication change it is an ORDEAL and it takes TIME, and the strange part is I know this as sure as I am saying it to you but somehow convince myself that this is going to work, I have got this, this is going to make things better….as I watch my life unravel in all of the ways. So anybody that knows anything about this will understand and will wait for you to figure it all out, the medication, a freakin new diagnosis, well really 2 freakin new diagnosis’s (although you knew about the anxiety/depression hearing it said out loud can be hard), that isn’t a small thing either, there is a relief that comes with that but there is also a processing that has to occur. ALL of this is exhausting. I must absolutely say I am so proud of you for building your boundaries, drawing your line….something had to give, and that is more than okay, in fact it was the right thing for you to do. You ARE okay and you WILL be okay. Time is the factor here as you wait to see what combinations of medications work for you but you will get there and the world will make sense again. And we will be here to see you through. Post when you can, when you are able, when you feel ready. You are heard, you are understood, you are okay, we will be here! 💕

      The baby deserves all the cuddles 😻
      I definitely try to be open - all mental health & neurodivergent conditions seem to be so stigmatized and they shouldn’t be. The best part of this journey for me is learning that I’m not alone.

    Welcome back! I took a year and a half on personal leave from my job to deal with my mental health and it helped a ton. Some times you gotta do what’s best for you and turn off social media.
    For me decision fatigue, analysis paralysis, and my executive dysfunction kick in SUPER hard when my anxiety and depression hit, so streamlining my whole planner system helped a ton. I’m in one planner and it works. Less to think about every day.

    You are so cute.. love your videos. May I suggest getting your vit d levels checked an start taking it. It seems that everyone is low in vit d and it has so many effects in our body.

    I feel like you can continue planning without recording it. Having that focus and not for videos may help with the return of enjoyment for planning. And you can make a video of recapping the time that passed by when you are up to making a video again. Focusing on yourself is the most important thing you can do, but we will appreciate your videos whenever you are ready for them. Enjoy your time 🙏💛 and thanks foe this candid video 👍.

      Planning without recording has been a strong focus this week because I almost have to build that habit again. And part of what I’ve learned is that I don’t do well with habits & routine. It’s incredibly hard for me to learn it.
      I love making TH-cam videos and content for Instagram and I hate that I haven’t had the motivation for things that I love. But I also don’t want to push it too hard as I’m trying to come out of that burnout.
