Is there any permanent solution for it. I have mild GERD. I hade done lifestyle changes. Cut the fried or oily foods. But light burning/pain is still there
Check your tryglicerides and sgpt sgot , go for daily walking of 3 kms or go to gym or both and eat saunf as soon as this burning happens and keep a small bottle of Saunf in your pocket
