I do bench press flat, incline and decline then I do dumbbell bench press only flat to balance out my strength in each arm so they are the same! Then I do pec flys as my last chest workout exercise! I do all these in the same workout to make sure I hit the chest from all angles!
thanks lee for video of chest workout it must be great workout but question on my mind is,only a bench press is enough for compound moves?i use to do at least 3compound exercises for chest,is that okey?

I'm currently 17 at 77kg and I am approaching my first year of training. Nutrition has always been the difficult aspect of fitness for me my goal is to gain more muscle mass (typical! 😂) however I feel as though entering a caloric surplus will be a slippery slope as a large percent of my body fat is on my mid section and I don't want to gain more than what I've got, So my question is: IS THERE ANY WAY TO DIET SPECIFICALLY FOR MID SECTION BODY FAT LOSS WHILST STILL SUPPLYING YOUR BODY WITH SUFFICIENT CALORIES/FOOD TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS ?? Lee, Do you have any vids on Push-up technique? I recently realized my butt slumps down when I do them (body is not level). So I learned I have to flex my abs and butt while doing them which helped.
Hey Lee just a run of the mill chest question: Can my upper chest be big as my lower chest? My lower chest is 2/3 bigger then my upper chest, and it looks awful to be honest. Should I add an extra day in the week for training upper chest only?

That's fine, sometimes you can feel both a stretch and a peak contraction, especially with exercises like pec deck flys, cable cross over flys, etc. P-O-F is more of a general guideline, not hard set rules.

no i have a filthy friend who eats fast food also dosnt care if he goes hungry he would eat bread and tea for breakfast. rarely goes to bathroom. alcoholic but when its time to push he is very strong fit as well as brave . that typical cave man i say.
POF doesn't do as many sets per exercise. I bought the critical mass book again. I used to have it about 30 years ago. All mid range exercises are 2 sets
2 heavy working sets will be enough for most guys. But you should still do as many progressively heavier warm up sets as needed to prepare for those 2 heavy working sets. A lot of times people don't even count the "warm up sets" in their programs.

I have started reducing fats and also developing muscle as well.. problem is that, the face's fat in the areas like cheek chin are not looking that much reduced.. I maintain diet and also involve in outdoor sports very often.. so what can I do to resolve this situation?? I will be highly obliged if you give any ideas or advice...

That's exactly my routine including warm up rotations. I recommend it as those are one of the most effective exercises to build chest. thanks Lee!

lol when lee was doing arm circles it felt as if popeye was moving the can of spinach to his mouth and gulping down spinach
it can get confusing with machines, for example a pek dek can feel like a stretch OR a peak contraction

when I do dumbell flyes, i do pretty heavy weight but can only get in about 8-9 reps. Is that not enough?
Maybe lower the weight to do the extra reps?
