Animation cancelling increases beefalo dps like crazy tho. And it's like the easiest form of animation cancelling there is. So the whole thing abt losing dps is kinda bs
no animation cancelling? on beefalo, it's as easy as spamming a directional key you hear the hit sound, you press it for just a second to start the next attack, repeat like the other guy said, it's the most accessible animation cancel and brings you up to normal DPS there's really no sacrifice (though having to directional key spam might fuck you up where precise positioning is required a tame example: you might get hit by klaus' deer a bit more)

The fight is a lot better on beefalo when you are Wendy or Wormwood (bramble husk skill)
