No power very dangerous in a highway especially with people in it adding weight, but beautiful design I would buy it if it came with 180 hp 200lb Turk.
Yes, it is lightweight, so the wind does blow it slightly on the expressway. Some trucks also give it a slight push. You can avoid that problem by going slower. It is not a car you want to speed in. Also, the visibility is so good, you can see the crazy things other drivers are doing, which is kind of scary.
The ONLY good thing about this car is the fuel economy. Power, comfort, fit and finish are all very lacking. I cant understand how anyone can like this car. It drives like butt cheeks. I have to spend 8-12 hours a day in one for work and you couldn't pay me to own one. Even the fuel economy is garbage when you compare it to Honda or Toyota. Or any other mid size sedan or crossover. And you get more power. Hell, a base honda accord hybrid get 10 extra mpgs than this car and has way more power.

Nissan says CVT fluid should be changed at 60K and every 30K after that.
Actually it should be changed every 30k miles if you want your car reach the 100k mark, but honestly you will be better off buying a new Toyota or Honda either used or new if you want a reliable car.!!
@@trent7080 We did a service at 30k but unsure about 60k.
Which version is this ? Base ?
India needs this kicks in 2021 very badly..
Yes.. Waiting for new kicks
I thought y’all walked everywhere
@@kimmykool-aid7782 What an ignorant stupid statement. There are several giant Indian auto manufacturers like Tata and Mahindra who make millions of vehicles every year for a global market. India's economy has had strong growth for the past 30 plus years, lifting hundreds of millions out of poverty. Millions of Indians drive every day.
Just curious... For the $23k this will cost why wouldnt you just buy a really nice used car or even get a 2021 Camry for a tiny bit more?
$33k vs $23k is not a bit more, its 1/3 more, are you getting 1/3 more car? not for most people that only drive from A to B
@@woshikakadong I was talking base model. Base model camry is 24k
@@Vikturus22 base model kicks is 19k
@@woshikakadong even less with discounts and rebates, There’s a market for these for sure, considering it for my kids first car later this year.
For $23k you could buy a nice used 2018-2019 Toyota Camry!
Is it nissan kicks that has gasoline engine to power electric motor?
Try Kicks with E-Power engine...
Just got the new Nissans 2021 kicks love most of it, but it engine is not to powerful to enter the freeway it was about 5-10 seconds to get from 0- 60 miles
*_I love One Pedal Technology used in smart mode (e-Power Version)!_*
Practically the same engine as in my 09 versa sedan which gets an avg 35 mpg and 42 mpg hwy
Its a Nissan, they're all dogs when you first drive them off the lot. But if you break them in right they go like hell. Also not a spots mode, it just takes you out of Overdrive.
No lane keep assist?
It tells you when you are on the lines. It vibrates. I don't like that feature. I turned it off. Thankfully, it does not jerk the wheel away from you like Hyundai.
@@Jan96106 that’s what I like though. I want computer input. This comment was a year old but I have since had a 2022 Jeep Compass 4x4 loaded and a 2022 Lexus RX (still have it) both blow anything Nissan had / still has to offer away.
Nice non bias review. Does this Kicks have a timing chain (not belt)? Thank you for feedback. Edited..new subs here..liked it !
I like the Venue better, but the Kicks have more features.
Love my 2019 SR
I would say first but those comments are annoying.
they are a bit irritating lol
LOVVVE MINE!!! ORANGE 2021 I NAMED BLAZE
Thank you, SOLD
Kills the ecosport in mpg. Ford ecosport 2wd is 28. Kicks is 33.thats aproximatly 18% better mpg. Same hp
Ecosport has a traditional 6 speed automatic, way better than the Nissan Kick's CVT. Ecosport also has AWD, unlike the Nissan Kicks.
Please be a better role model by NOT playing with the info button while driving on a highway. Young people may be watching. They can NOT look at info and drive safely. Thank you.
What.

Professionalism, not everybody is blessed with.
CVT? no thanks
Downside no CD player. Must transfer my massive CD collection...200 plus
Sorry to say, but you’re gonna have to get an older car for that.
Very interested in helping my daughter KK get into SV 2020.. SR 2020 like the options under 21k Nice safety features for GenZ who always on their cell.
I'm almost 17. Do you think this would be a good first car?
@@karinawilson8179 Nice compact SUV.. Daughter had a Sentra, and a Solara , Nice Cute Great Ride
@@whatchumacallit7435 Thanks so much!
Sorry but that’s the worst Transmission they got. Now if the Car come in a manual transmission then it’s will be worth the money. You can get cars that have true automatic transmission like 6sp. That’s get more mpg than the kick. For the same price. My car with manual transmission gets 60+ mpg.
Ahh I’m iffy about it fr now😭
No power very dangerous in a highway especially with people in it adding weight, but beautiful design I would buy it if it came with 180 hp 200lb Turk.
the car is nice no power lol I supposed to get mines
The Kicks is dangerous for new drivers. The vehicle is sooo weak to wind gust. It will pull you… and yes .. you can easily lose control.
I like it.
Stop making so much gray I hate gray colors
Nice cars
The ONLY good thing about this car is the fuel economy. Power, comfort, fit and finish are all very lacking. I cant understand how anyone can like this car. It drives like butt cheeks. I have to spend 8-12 hours a day in one for work and you couldn't pay me to own one. Even the fuel economy is garbage when you compare it to Honda or Toyota. Or any other mid size sedan or crossover. And you get more power. Hell, a base honda accord hybrid get 10 extra mpgs than this car and has way more power.
Last year I purchased 2020 Nissan kicks. Less than two months I was having issues with the transmission. At 13,000 miles the transmission in brake line needed to be replaced. Nissan brought the car back. Stay away from Nissans Especially the kicks.
Nissan is driving a Nissan
