- The Aero EPC 9 is a solid AR platform 9mm. I like that you built it yourself and aside from an initial hiccup that @AeroPrecision fixed without question, this thing has been great.

I purchased the Aero enhanced upper as well as the Aero enhanced handguard with the Faxon 16" barrel and the Faxon bcg. No problems yet with the feed ramps. The Faxon has an improved barrel feed ramp compared to Aero. This is just my opinion but I have had less issues with the Faxon bcg compared to the Aero bcg. Just a friendly suggestion for those wishing to build out their 9mm pcc.
Same combination as mine and has functioned flawlessly so far.
Scooped one of these up last year...really fun little shooter. Very accurate. I run a Primary Arms 1x Microprism on mine.
Been very curious about the Aero EPC, I have several Aero lowers and a couple of their complete uppers and have been really happy with them! Thanks for the video and information!

Aero with faxon bcg, cmc 9mm trigger, ar-stoner ar15 flat wire spring ar stoner 11oz 9mm buffer weight with the holosun it's lagit I got the 16" and 8" barrel..super fun but can be finnacky u wanna make sure your buffer weight and bcg are above 22 0z combined. Have a toolcraft bcg for backup but won't eject and it might be cuz my old weight and the bcg was under 22 o, we will see!
I want to build that exact gun for a home defense weapon!
ive had eotechs in the past. i like my holosuns MUCH better. the reticle is 10x clearer/crisper that eotechs.
Note , if you use Magpul mags and load your own , pay attention to the col.
What is your opinion on going with the 11” upper vs 8.3”? I am really torn on what to go with!

I have a ar stoner 9mm upper, Amagansett spring and buffer, and a stern glock mag well adapter for the ar 15 coming. Aero epc lowers are out of stock on their website.
I'd love to know what the total weight of the rifle is unloaded as you've kitted it. Was looking at the ep9, but aero makes some nice rifles.

I put an all Aero EPC 9 together. When the gun is empty the bolt won’t stay open. It stays open with empty mag. I spent 2 hrs waiting on their customer service CHAT. they disconnected me 3 times because it was a EPC question. They know these have problems. Do yourself a favor and build a Spikes Tactical instead
I have an EPC for fun but I'd never use one for home defense. Even you've stated there's cycling issues. It's just part of the system which uses a 556 platform for a 9mm caliber. But that's just probably an thing you say to justify a new toy 🤣🤣

Anyone know if the Rise Armament 434 trigger will work in the EPC-9? I noticed this video has the RA 242 trigger...
Hey, it should work fine. The EPC 9 takes standard AR drop in triggers.
Does your optic clear the flashlight in the 12 o’clock position?

That’s a question for Aero. I think you are good. Have you tried to run JHP and 147 grain through it?
2021 models are no good it's 2022 or later look up online it shows you what the upgraded feed ramp looks like compared to the old feed ramp

Shopped all the sales w/ magpul prs lite stock ,16” enhanced upper , magpul flip ups no optic yet , vg6 break about $800
PS if I didn’t live in comi fornya I could have saved another $100 on the lower . 😢
I have a first gen epc9 and it's complete garbage!!! Won't feed ANYTHING tried 115 fmj 124 fmj and 115jhp and 147jhp. Crushes the round and won't feed everything! Truly disappointed in aero!!!!
