My only hope this season is that we get better throughout the year and eventually can compete and maybe beat osu with some good luck.
Michigan lost to the NFL: its Hall-of-Fame Coach, its top-ranked strength and conditioning coach, a once-in-a-generation QB who lost 1 game as a starter, its all-time career rushing TD leader who also was Michigan's all time single season rushing TD leader, and its top 6 offensive linemen and top 2 wide receivers. This year, Michigan has suffered injuries to its best safety, its best edge rusher, its best tight end and best CB. Despite all that, Michigan's only loss is to the number 2 team in the country. All the fake Michigan fans who act like crybabies should just stop posting their anxieties and start seeing a therapist.

Meh, missed assignments occur. Honestly, the biggest issues appear to be play selection on offense and defense. The TD caught against Zeke was just another play when a team is having one of those days that usually end in a loss. Fortunately it ended in a win and I believe is just 2 mistakes don't happen M wins that game by 2 or 3 scores. Michigan has been little more than opportunistic in the passing game in the past few years. The team can get there again this season. I can barely see M getting back there with Orji as QB. So far he's played hurried and skittish. Maybe he'll have half a chance if he SETTLES DOWN! Mullings was grinding and finding the hole last year and this year before Orji even saw the field. What gets Mullings in the open field? Feeding him the rock. I feel for Edwards as he is a great player and M needs to find a way to feature him that takes advantage of his greatness. Sadly, M cannot feature him in the backfield unless the Oline is playing flawless.
I sure hope UM keeps winning, but I can face reality. UM could lose every game on its schedule. That won't happen, but they can end up with a .500 record. Also, this QB will not improve much as a passer. He lacks the skill and also lacks even one receiver that could start for one other Big Ten program. That's ok. We won the natty. Sherrone is recruiting very well. Top QBs in pipeline. One great receiver (hope won't be flipped) in pipeline. Here is my take on the situation. The team doesn't have the same quality of leadership in or out of the locker room as in recent years. The team is 4-1, but beat USC on a 4th down at the end of the game, and might very well have lost to Minnesota were it not for a questionable penalty at the end of the game. They have only played home games to this point. It is my understanding that a reporter asked Orji what it was like being the starting QB for Michigan before the Minnesota game, and he replied "It's about time". If true, that is a big problem. As far as Campbell is concerned, he called far too many passes with Warren. Did I mention far too many passes with Warren? So what do you suggest? I agree that the coaching staff failed on making the right assessment on our QB room during the offseason and didn't take the needed action in the portal. However, that already happened and there's nothing we can do about the past. We need to maximize our strength by utilizing what we have and at the moment, Orji is our best option. We can cry and melt down after the season ends but for now, I'm going to be patient and see how this team improves throughout the season.
@@xolborg I know I'm NOT in the majority here, but I would give Davis Warren another shot to redeem himself and explain we can't afford turnovers. At least we're NOT STUCK IN 1st gear and give our receivers a chance to show they're moves. IF WE DON'T, we MIGHT see them entering the transfer portal.
Michigan has played good competition and gone 1-1.
The defense is clearly one of the best in the country.
@@wolverineeagle I hope your kidding! Cause if you're not , you're delusional.
This take is a far cry from what yall were saying just 6 months ago. My, how times have changed.
I swear some of these podcasters just don't wanna be wrong so they keep this narrative going we have no QB period there's nothing around that
Delusional Kool Aid drinkers
Where are you?
You’re on your way to some losses soon and sanctions in November followed by transfers in the portal and poor recruiting classes.
Addendum: Congrats on the Oregon 💩 show.
Portnoy is gonna buy OSU players
Uh huh, ok Clyde
Michigan is no Alabama...you are so delusional 🙄
Improving dude a spades a spade, without Mullins we 2 - 3
