Hey hey! What do you mean by problem? It’s not a deal breaker at all. I enjoy having the machine and haven’t found anything better yet to replace it with
Homie - how is this thing? I feel like some of these (i have a yukon) you end up losing tension once you break the initial “plane” if you know what I mean. Like the finish is all Momentum. Is it all Of these or maybe just the one I have? Thanks bruh!
Nice video brother - biding on one locally here on ebay. Can't go wrong with a cheap back row especially if you it does the job getting the squeeze and is adjustable. Do the clips not prevent the plates from moving?
@@GarageGymHomie Yeah, I have like 800lbs worth- all steel and iron plates. There are a lot of companies that make machines with 1' inch holes. Most TDS equipment comes with metal sleeves, you unscrew a screw in the top,and can slide it off to use 1 inch plates. They are the only company I know of that has metal adaptors, instead of the plastic ones. And the fact you have to buy them for body-solid products is inconvenient (as most companies just send the plastic adaptors free of charge). All of my equipment, accepts 1' inch plates though. I started with a few hundred pounds that were given to me- so, it never made sense to replace them with Olympic Plates. Especially, because standard plates can be bought for .50-$1 a pound.

This one feels really solid and it feels good to use all the way through the motion and the squeeze!

If you had some clips it would help but you would still need the adaptor because most clips are Olympic size anyway! You’ll like this machine!
Thanks for the review. how is it for single-arm rows?
Thank you! don’t like it for that. It’s not great for that !

@@ethankye2317 thanks so much!
What muscles do the different grips work?
They both work back and a little biceps, one is just more inner and one is more outer
The closer grips work the lats more, and the wider grips will shift the bias to your traps and rear delts
You still have this machine?
hey i do!
Good 'ol Titan Fitness has there knock off for half the price. From all accounts, it's pretty well built too.
ill have to look thst one up! thanks so much!
@@GarageGymHomie Valor Fitness also makes a version called the CB-14, and it's around the same price as the Titan.
