I apologize for the audio, promise it will be fixed for next video.
Thank you again for watching ❤️
there was no problem with the sound. Thank you for posting and good luck.
Great job andrew
Leaving the team freight outside is pretty standard for F1. If it was placed inside the paddock before being unpacked, it would get in the way since the teams have to actually build up the entire garage facility from scratch. Also, the coverings on the bridges are as much to keep pedestrian traffic moving as anything else. It's even done at most tracks for bridges that can only be accessed by ticket holders because the last thing they want is for the bridge to be blocked up with people who want to watch the race from there.
Yea, go to Monaco, Baku, Singapore, or any other street circuit a week out from the race. They're no different.
ps. The views are blocked from bridges over every racetrack world-wide for safety reasons, it's not a cash grab just for LV. You can't have crowds of people standing on the bridges, it would cause "people grid-lock" chaos and be dangerous. Again thanks for the great video!
Yeah but that doesn’t get clicks
yeap, the view is completely blocked on a bridge at Singapore.
Came here to say this. If you’ve ever paid for race tickets and had to walk over a bridge ON the race grounds where you’ve paid to be, the bridge views are still blocked. And the reason is super obvious if you use your brain: it’s not safe to have a bridge packed with people who aren’t moving.
@@randall814 Yep. Try telling that to certain people (not on this TH-cam video comments, but others) who seem determined to never understand. They just want to rant and shout and argue but don't actually want anything to be explained to them, despite using the word "why" in their questions.
I sure hope the people in those apartments like the race because they are certainly going to hear it! Especially when the race starts at midnight.
it starts at 10:30 pm
@@J.H.HOLLIDAY but it ends 2 hours later
They don’t have another option, they have to like it 😂.
What a joke starts at 10:30 mid Nov be hella COLD
@@J.H.HOLLIDAYNo it starts at 10 pm sharp Saturday night.
First practice session in 5 days.....they better pull their finger out. 🤣👍
It's gonna be a fast tract and slick. Temperature will make a big difference we may see a lot of crash here. just my two cents
Great video, Andrew, thanks!! I'm gonna have the best, most comfortable seat of all - the one in my house in front of the big screen TV with F1 TV Pro, where I can watch the all the race activities before and after and enjoy the best food and drink - my own!
Andrew the freight of the teams will start to be working and unpacked once the mechanics and crews will arrive to Las Vegas in all circuits they always arrive Monday or Tuesday . Doesn’t have nothing to do if the garages are finished . And I saw videos that they are finished
just came from Las Vegas strip, track is basically ready!
gr8 vid bro
puhh … lot of work left for beeing ready to race … will be tight schedule … interesting video - greetings from 🇦🇹
Thanks for sharing…!
Great video 💪🏼
Thanks for the upload! The state of completion is deliberate, and on schedule. This is normal for street tracks, the last barriers are only put up at the latest possible time to allow as much to stay open as possible. Make another judgement on Wednesday next week :)
Exactly, if the track could have been closed down last weekend, it would have been completely ready by yesterday. The teams routinely do all of their setups on Monday and Tuesday. The garages are just empty concrete shells for the most part, but there's no need for them to set up this early so why not let the workers do the last bit of carpeting and temporary walls for the hospitality space? Also, they can put up about 150-200 meters of catch fencing in a single overnight. Most of the real issues are beautification right now.
Very informative video 👍. Have officials said anything about people trying to block the view from the public going from one casino to another?
Great video. Let’s go 🙌
🎂💋💕💙👂👰♀🤵♂
Team cargo are usually store outside. In different tracks they store it on the grid area.
Ive mever seen sonmany videos or folks that have such a negative vibe when it comes to this race in Los Vegas. I thinknits going to be fresking AMAZING!!!
Thanks for the update Andrew!
its unlikely there will be much over taking on the fast parts of the track unless they car behid is super close to the car ahead. the top speed of all the cars is within 4kph. the chance to over take will likely come at the fastest of the corners, so T1 will likely see some action, T4 too and then a couple more i cant remember just now. good video though Andrew, its nice to see they re working their butts off to make sure we get to watch the race!
My guess is, the drivers would rather drive on cold asphalt than driving rain.
This track is going to be about straight line speed so cars like Mercedes are probably going to struggle here, the track is brand new so expecting a lot of people sliding around especially with the cooler temperatures I’m betting on a safety car on the very first lap.
My friends and I rented out a theater to watch the race. We have our own VIP box basically.
That’s actually a good idea lol
Love the street perspective, check in again if you can!@@andrewvasquezz
Those grand stands I believe are 8k may be wrong but still to expensive
Any word on what sections of the track could be visible to the public? I doubt they will cover the whole sections of the tracks
I know some restaurants are allowing people to eat and watch the track, but they require a minimum of $150-$250
100's of tickets still available ,LOL.
1000s!!
If they are gonna have practice on Thursday, they better get moving.
I hope it fails Vegas didn’t need this most locals and Casino workers don’t care about it just makes getting to work a Bitch and most Casino workers are going to call off anyway
F1 used to have tire warmers incase of cold weather. . .I just hope they brought their wets, just in case. . .but per usual, most casinos have waited until the last minute to let employees know how to get to work. . .par for the course!
I believe they still use tyre warmers but with the long straights and very little corners, the tyres are going to lose a lot of temperature in addition to the cold track surface.
@@andrewvasquezz It will be interesting
They always use tyre wormers. Still temperatures will be very low to make tyres work. If during practice is very slippery some may try intermediates, like in Turkey 2020.
F1 does everything ‘just in time’. The track will be ready 1 minute before FP1.
just imagine if it rained so bad halfway through that they had to cancel the race.
YOU ALL HAVE THIS CRAP MESSING UP THE STRIP / CITY FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS....
see how greed will destroy an area?
you wonder why folks are moving out of vegas... including myself !
It’s become the absolute worst city to live in. I’m right behind you pal.
Where are the porta toilets?
Race practicing starts Wed, so A LOT less time ....
Free Practice 1 is at 8:30 PM Vegas time Thursday.
P1 is 15.30 to 16.30 Friday the 17th of November Las Vegas time. Still not much time
The reason they store all of the teams equipment. Not every team is on the same airplane so they make sure that all of the teams have their equipment there and nobody gets an advantage for working on the car just because your stuff came off the plane first.. The whole logistics of F1 is amazing. Usually they get their equipment either Wednesday night or Thursday morning. But this is the race on Saturday night. They’ll probably have the cars to work on by Wednesday So that’s the reason why they’ve locked up all of the teams equipment. Nobody gets an advantage. Or if not all of your stuff has come in yet, you would be an disadvantage. This keeps it fair.
Turning to be a disastrous GP.
The traffic has caused the delays
Cold weather coming at night..
F1 is still asking for 40 million from vegas residents
At least merc will not overheat. 😂
Your city? Mex Vegas?
This race will be anticlimactic. There is no way it can live up to the hype.
Stop 😢😢😢😢. Buy a ticket 🎉🎉🎉
7:15 it rains in November during El Niño years. I’ve lived here for decades.
I’ve lived here for decades as well. Usually November is dry. Sometimes I know we get the opposite from El Niño but around January time.
IT WILL FLOP
F1 makes me sick. I wonder how much in Bribes they paid to come. I hope they leave and never come back!
You’re behind the story you should get with the true facts
The amount of assumptions this video has....
Yet another self-proclaimed “Vegas Expert” who knows absolutely zero about the F1, tracks, nor the event
Did you watch the video mate? In addition, I have been watching F1 for 15 years. I’m pretty proficient in the sport 🤘🏻
9:45 a man died building those stands.
Yes, sadly the city doesn’t value construction workers they die all the time you barely hear about them but if a cop or a fireman dies, they’ll do weekend long parades with thousand vehicle caravans
I live in Vegas and I hope it fails miserably. We don’t want them here.
