She has worked with hundreds of celebrities in brief spurts, but she said John Bradley was the single kindest, most genuine person she's ever worked with. He was one of the only ones to engage her and show genuine interest in what she had to say. I love seeing celebs who are as genuine in front of the camera as they are off.

No we actually need less of that. You may not need to be fit or shredded, but not being obese/unhealthy is something every person should be by default. If you criticize those who binge drink, smoke cigarettes, or do drugs, then people who are binge eating should be criticized as well for knowingly harming your body. Annual death due to obesity-related diseases far outnumber deaths related to alcohol and smoking COMBINED. It's a problem that needs to be addressed, not normalized. There's a reason why Michelle Obama's main priority as first lady was to promote healthy eating habits.

If you feel like your body is worthless and you feel like you have no value, why on earth would you bother taking care of yourself? It’s a vicious cycle of hating yourself for being overweight, especially if you’ve been overweight since you were quite young, and that self-hate often manifests into stress, fear, and anxiety that fuels the overeating in the first place. One way to help break that cycle is to have even a small amount of acceptance so that you can move on with life and work on getting healthier without all of the baggage that comes with it. Also, I think comparing overeating to drinking, smoking, and drug overuse is not quite accurate in that you have to eat to live, but you don’t need to do any of those things to live. Obviously if you’re hooked to one of those things you might feel like you need it to live, but you don’t actually. It’s tough with food because, technically speaking, you can’t just 100% quit it. Combined with the convenience of high-caloric food and how hard it can be to break strongly ingrained habits, it can be really hard to lose weight, especially in a long-term way. It’s really not just as simple as will-power. I understand your concerns about normalizing obesity and I definitely find myself cringing at a lot of body positive things as well. It’s a tricky balance.

This guy is a genuine and the most natural speaker. I can't believe for a second that he was this introvert before the show. And if he was, unbelievable and rare gem he is. I found this on another of his video with kit Harrington at some University event 4 years ago. Look it up here, I can't seem to remember which one that is but it's there.

Knew I would see comments saying "just diet and exercise" and "advocating obesity"... The point is overweight people shouldn't be made to feel less worthy and like failures all their lives because of the fat on their body. If people don't want to work to be thin that choice should be respected. And I guarantee that the people you hear screeching about how unhealthy being fat is are not really concerned for the health of any fat person, they just don't want people to be fat because it's not pleasing to their eyes. It's like these people have this fear that if we stop putting down fat people everyone on earth is going to become obese.
Sam CANNOT die. I was thinking about this the other day. Out of every single character on the show, Sam is the one that cannot die. It would destroy me. I'd probably have to call out sick from work the next day. LOL His character is so pure and kind. I want him and Gilly to live happily ever after with baby Sam.
