Interesting to see whether the building being built just across the street will be higher and steal away from the view. But an amazing flat, amazing location and amazing amenities in the building.

@@helenaczekanska3513 my estimation of property taxes might be off by x10. i was just typing away quickly. as property tax is about 1% of the price of home so if taxes is $13,000 that means the property is $1.3 million. BUT that's not possible with a penthouse like that. It's probably $13 million penthouse and property taxes is about $130,000 per year. I'm not re-watching the video, you do more due dilligence.
