Limits of maximum SAR are fixed by country authorities and cannot exceed certain values. For example, in the United States, during normal operation mode over a period of 6 min, the maximum SAR allowed is 4 W/kg (whole body average over 15 min) or 8 W/kg (in the head or trunk over 10 min). MRI and other medical scanners are designed around this legal limit. Contrast that with your iPhone, which range from 0.79 W/kg (iPhone 3GS) to 1.14 W/kg (iPhone 8) or 0.98 W/kg (iPhone 12), which people are using near their head up to hours daily -- finally, AirPods (right 0.581 / 0.501 W/kg left) are partway inside your head and are often used for several hours daily. People worry about Xrays, MRI, CT scans, but the radiation from your personal devices can be as high or higher. As far as other brands go, Samsung (S21 0.71, Note8 0.17) one of the safest brands egarding SAR levels.

Whether EMF fields are bad for you is debatable. What isn't is the fact that you can't use a emf reader to actually access anything with a permanent magnet in it which all speakers have. Yeah permanent magnets produce a magnetic field. If EMF is more or less harmful than magnets likely comes down to frequency.
