Good evening Sir. My question is that if police arrest a person from somewhere else and shows the arresting from somewhere else and tagged them in a fraud case. What is the remedy. Accused is in custody for the last five months.
Sir while watching some reports by Ravish Kumar deemed police and police is getting clearer. Rather , since somedays story of Big Brother of Kanpur is on every channel . They qualify to be more powerful than the police. So like blockchain and cryptocurrency this is a parrarel police. Leave the govt recruits to serve the citizens of the republic .
Hair splitting multi interpretation on .. enquiry v/s Investigation, confession v)s statement..only make every version not independently reliable/ trustworthy without solid corroboration..
