Good morning Sir... I was listening to ur valuable words on statement made before accusation by a person. I understood you saying that it doesn't come under article 20(3) of indian constitution.. May I say that the honourable supreme court has held it otherwise in the judgment of nandini satpathy versus p. L. Danni..

Excellent lecturing delivered by Honourable justice Nagamuthu sir, tq my Lord,
I am extremely enjoying the topics.
Good evening Sir. My question is that if police arrest a person from somewhere else and shows the arresting from somewhere else and tagged them in a fraud case. What is the remedy. Accused is in custody for the last five months.
Very enlightening lecture. The deep rooted knowledge of your lordship made the subject easy and enjoyable for one and all which though important is considered a drab and complicated otherwise.
Excellent like always. May God bestow him with even more energy so that he keeps up the good work. The best thing about him is he is too straight and humble and does not carries the airs of a judge. Thank you so much sir. May God keep you blessed always.
Sir, can police investigate case without registration such case ?
Sir while watching some reports by Ravish Kumar deemed police and police is getting clearer. Rather , since somedays story of Big Brother of Kanpur is on every channel . They qualify to be more powerful than the police. So like blockchain and cryptocurrency this is a parrarel police. Leave the govt recruits to serve the citizens of the republic .
As far as I know, His lordship is authority on criminal law and his lectures in judicial academy is always greatly appreciated and everyone will listen to him with rapt attention. His rulings are the answers to all questions/doubts whatsoever.
Pls recommend Justice SN for Padma award
May I get your whatsapp number to know about the updates of webinars
