Just one question one can apply for e visa before departing from Delhi what if one goes to Kazakhstan first does the validity of e visa for Uzbekistan starts right away on receiving it or on the day one enters Uzbekistan

A bit confused about the hotel registration fee. How do i know what is the correct fee? Like what if they overcharge me and does all hotels do it?
That's a problem, I am not aware of how to check what's the actual fee. In Tashkent hotel they charged more, but in other places it was very less

I am not sure if you'll get snow in May end. I went 2nd week of April, at that time most of the snow had started to melt so.

Not sure of couch surfing, in but hostel I think you will get registration slip

Visa validity starts from the day you apply. But it's valid for 3 months. So you can apply long before you leave
