Fanuc Robot Loader with Haas VF-2SS Machining Knobs

Our 2022 Fanuc Industrial Robot loader system with Haas VF-2SS Vertical Machining Center at Crosby Machine Company, Inc.
Here you will see the robot in action removing a completed part from the machining center and placing in a new aluminum blank to be machined. This new industrial robot and machining center once set up, runs without any employee involvement other than the initial setup and then subsequent removal of completed parts from the loading fixture and placement of more aluminum blanks to be machined.
With the current set up you see, we were getting just over an hour of unattended run time without interruption. Wall-E (as he has been affectionately named) never takes a break for coffee, bathroom use, or getting caught texting friends on his cell phone when he should be working! He just keeps taking parts out, and putting parts in. What's not to love!
