Sure. These helmets are a majority of the time worn outside of the track. More often than they are worn on the track. And we make these reviews for the majority. Unfortunately we don't have the time nor the capacity to test each helmet on track. Our reviews are meant to give a good indication of what you can expect out on the road. I hope this makes sense?

Do you wear a helmet with less protection on the street? Nothing would come from a review wearing the same helmet when the reviewer is just going around a track vs this

Race helmets should be tested and rated at the race track only. They are specific tools built for specific needs. Not design for the general public.
